Before going to the Dead Sea, I read a lot of information and reviews about hotels located on the coast, carefully studied the map and, finally, chose the Leonardo Club Dead Sea 4 * hotel. Stayed there with a friend. We did not regret our choice at all, although there were some shortcomings, but I think that this is because before that we were on vacation in Eilat at the Dan Panorama Hotel, and it is impeccable! I had to make comparisons. As for the hotel "Leonardo Club Dead Sea" 4 *, its main advantage is, of course, its location right on the coast, as well as the presence of an outdoor pool over which they stretch a trellis roof and create an opportunity to hide from the sun in the daytime. Inside the hotel there is another pool and jacuzzi. Moreover, water is pumped into the pool from the Dead Sea and heated up to somewhere up to 38 degrees. Very nice, useful and convenient, just hold on to the handrail, otherwise the water pushes out and you can roll over, take care of your eyes! When leaving the hotel building on the beach, you can endlessly change beach towels for clean ones, which is also very convenient.
When checking into a hotel, try to choose an odd number, then you will have a good view from the window (on the sea! ), otherwise you will have to "admire" the road or utility rooms. And one more practical advice: the centralized air conditioner is constantly working in the room and do not try to regulate it with the help of any switches, handles, etc. , everything is useless, and the secret is in one of the bedside tables - there are all the necessary buttons, otherwise I had to freeze for a couple of days, and, as it turned out, not only we were so "stupid"!
The hotel provides decent food, however, when locals come in for the weekend, the number of guests increases and you need to rush to take a seat in the restaurant, the staff is not in a hurry to clean the tables after those who have already had a meal and have to wait with a plate in hand.

The hotel has a good entertainment program, concert programs are constantly organized, it is also good for families with children to relax, there are children's playrooms, attractions, "sweet" tables, ice cream, etc.
If you want to relax and improve your health through the healing water and mud of the Dead Sea, then you will like this hotel. As for me, I will gladly go there again! Have a nice holiday!
