Good evening friends! I want to share my impressions about this hotel. We arrived in Israel late in the evening. They gave us a number, got up, opened it. . , and there is an interior door. I thought that we had a 2-room suite, but when I looked there I saw that the neighbors were sleeping there. The TV worked every other time, when the air conditioner was turned on, the smell of a "rotten swamp" appeared, so we did not turn on the air conditioner, the bedding, armchairs and the floor in the room were dirty, with some stains, stains, ants in the room. After cleaning the room on the floor there were husks either from seeds or from pistachios. Bathrobes were supposed to be in the room, but they were not there until they asked themselves. When asked to replace 1 dirty bathrobe with us, the woman who changes bathrobes and towels demanded 10 shekels (local currency), although the replacement is free. In the dining room, the food is normal, there is plenty to choose from, but dirty, swept from the table to the floor. In the dining room, people eat, and the staff simultaneously sweeps the floor. The hotel is noisy, especially when the locals come over for the weekend. One thing is good staff tried to fix all the problems. The price-quality of the hotel does not yet correspond to 4 stars. The spa is good.
