In Neptune Rimonim in Eilat, this is not my first time. And every year it gets worse and worse, I won't go there again. The rooms are not issued on time and not the ones that were ordered. Corridors without air conditioning, windows have not been washed for at least half a year. The pool closes very early at 18:00. Food: the choice is not varied and is designed for very spicy oriental cuisine, the hotel is absolutely not suitable for tourists from Europe and the food in the hotel is only kosher, this is a big minus. There are only 3 TV channels in Russian. The beach is covered with small stones, and it is impossible to enter the sea without special shoes. The beach is not well maintained, the taps in the shower are broken. Towels in the pool are issued by appointment. OLD BUILDING AND NEW: The rooms of the old building are located far from the dining room and the rooms are much worse than in the new one. The rooms are cleaned unsatisfactorily: the windows are covered with dust and the dust is not wiped off the furniture either. Entertainment is very noticeable: in the Arab-Moroccan style.
I do not advise to rest in Neptune Rimonim in Eilat.
