The position of the hotel is convenient, at a distance of 300 meters there are two small markets with everything you need. True, they do not have any alcohol due to the proximity of the university. A little further there are more shops, a night market three minutes away by scooter and a large shopping mall.
South, West or Rawai beaches: 15 - 17 minutes depending on traffic. The hotel is among the trees, a very green area, cleaned with persoeal. The pool is medium in size with clean water, although the shower near the pool did not work, and the pool was used three times in all the time.
