The position of the hotel is convenient, at a distance of 300 meters there are two small markets with everything you need. True, they do not have any alcohol due to the proximity of the university. A little further there are more shops, a night market three minutes away by scooter and a large shopping mall.
South, West or Rawai beaches: 15 - 17 minutes depending on traffic. The hotel is among the trees, a very green area, cleaned with persoeal. The pool is medium in size with clean water, although the shower near the pool did not work, and the pool was used three times in all the time. The villa, although it was for two bedrooms, is very spacious, clean, the windows and doors are wooden with mosquito nets, the floor is tile, in some places marble, the bathrooms are clean combined with a shower in an Asian simple way with a flowing water heater, the toilets are clean, two air conditioners in the bedrooms are working, in bedroom and in the hall TVs are flat but small diagonal. The hall is large and spacious with a fan on the ceiling, a bit dark in the evening. A large kitchen with an electric kettle, an electric stove, albeit an old but working one, a well-freezing refrigerator and a sufficient set of dishes.
