I want to write my opinion about this hotel. Just a wonderful hotel, the travel agency warned me that the hotel is not quite new, some rooms are shabby.... I originally wanted ocean views, they seem to be more expensive, so their condition is better.....But then it turned out that there were no such rooms available. . . so I agreed to a room with a view of the garden and after renovation.... the price tag immediately decreased by $ 400 when changing the number, which could not but rejoice, but the fear that the number would somehow not be the same as I would like, did not leave me. As a result, I had an excellent room on the ground floor with a terrace that adjoins the pond, where fish swam, lizards, birds flew right onto the terrace. . . The condition of the room is very good, the staff is excellent, there are two girls at the reception who speak Russian, I’ll even say that they are Russian girls and on any issue they are ready to help and take the time. There are few Russians in the hotel. Mostly Japanese and Chinese, and they go with all their generations. . . As a result, each of their families has an average of 5 people. . . I rested alone.... and there are mostly couples and families with children. . . but I didn't feel inferior in any way. . . The area is very beautiful. Every day they bring fruit to the room, water. . . Of course they clean, cleaning was done 2 times a day. I had breakfast included in the price, there were no queues there. . . Buffet, everything is fresh and tasty, the choice is huge. But I would especially recommend spa kriya, I bought a package of procedures, there were 7 procedures.....everything was top notch. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!! !
