At 19.45 we went in just for the money and went shopping, returning to the room around 22 in the evening, we found that we could not open the safe. (Our code no longer fit). As a result, the security guard opened it for us, we were interviewed, went to the police, where they told us that the police who work inside the hotel should sort it out. (There is no visible break-in). During this time that we were not there, they brought us water, put ice, (that is, they obviously went into the room ).
