As for a 3*** a very decent hotel. Recently renovated, everything is clean, everything works, plumbing, furniture, coatings are all new, TV - LCD. Breakfasts are standard, as elsewhere, but you won’t stay hungry for sure, food for every taste, fresh.
The only negative is that it is perhaps very noisy at night from 23 and somewhere around 04.00. There is a square with benches where local midnight party-goers like to relax, plus the central Andras street is nearby, with active traffic, so if you want to fall asleep, take earplugs with you .
The staff and service is quite adequate, they speak English.
So the hotel is quite adequate, but the second time I’m unlikely to stay in it, it’s better already in BURGHOTEL, which is located in the Buddha in the Fisherman’s Bastion area, there are gorgeous views and it’s much more interesting to walk, almost like in Vienna.
