I liked everything in the hotel, but all the pluses were crossed out by a huge minus: the bed was not changed upon check-in. After contacting the reception, they moved to another room. But, alas, there was also dirty linen, stained and hairy. on the third attempt, they laid out clean, washed linen. I consider this unacceptable. Nobody from the administration apologized.
