Previously, they corresponded directly with the hotel by e-mail. However, there were problems with the opening of the Hungarian Schengen. Issued through the tour operator Evroport (no claims). Host Robinson (has questions, but does not apply to the hotel). Paid for accommodation in Russia. The price is almost the same.
Transfer from Vienna, check-in without delay. At first, the third person, for whom no payment was made, was settled separately. After long holidays they moved to apartments.
The hotel is old, small and cozy. Lots of wood inside. But for an amateur. For pretentious, sophisticated 5-star tourists in Turkey and Egypt, tourists, most likely, will not work. We like such quiet European hotels! The disadvantages include the presence of only one elevator (((
The lake is not far, but you need to overcome 70 steps and climb on the way back.

Room - 2-room apartment without a balcony on the 3rd/2nd floor. For the third tourist, as well as for treatment for everyone, they paid extra on the spot when leaving with a Sberbank card.
The room is spacious. There is no air conditioner. Hairdryer, kettle provided upon check-in, free of charge. When leaving, they returned it to the reception.
The room has 2 one-and-a-half beds pushed together, in another room there is a sofa. Furniture (2 wardrobes, 2 tables, a coffee table, a chair and 2 armchairs) is old. The cabinet doors are creaky. There is a small refrigerator. Floor dryer. Bathroom combined. We had a bath. In 2-bed rooms, apparently, showers.
The territory of the hotel is large and green. Fenced off from the city. Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds! In good weather you can sunbathe on the sunbeds.
Meals at the hotel cafe. Breakfast buffet (no special frills and variety. But no one left hungry) Lunch and dinner on a customized menu. This is beyond praise!! ! The choice of dishes is large. For 11 days we did not repeat even once. I liked everything, except "pelmeni with dill and cottage cheese"))) These are not dumplings))) We had HB. Lunch or dinner could be varied.
In some restaurants in Heviz and Budapest, the food is worse than in a sanatorium. Chef special thanks! Service in the cafe is fast and unobtrusive.
The hotel has a good medical base. This is a former military sanatorium. The price of the procedures is cheaper than in other places. The massage is only very short in time, only 20 minutes. But they do well. Or are we just that lucky? All three had male masseurs. Some people bought massages in the city. They say they are very happy. We don't know, haven't tried it
I really liked the individual exercise therapy! It has nothing to do with our physical education. Something very special! I recommend it to those who have doubts!
