She planned a trip to Heviz in advance and chose the apartments according to the optimal price-quality ratio. I settled on these apartments based on the information on his website and reviews on the Guruhoteley. ru website. As a result, the impression turned out to be twofold: it seems that the promised benefits are there, but everywhere there is a negative moment. First, about the positive: the road to the lake is 15-20 minutes. without ups and downs, the street is quiet and green, upon arrival they were treated to homemade wine and issued discount coupons for visiting the lake (+ 1 hour for free), a lot of dishes, a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, there is all the necessary kitchen equipment, WiFi. The apartments do have a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen (in the internal corridor without windows), a toilet, a shower room, a small terrace. Located on the 1st floor of the house.
Now about what disappointed, and above all about non-compliance with the conditions of the reservation. Reservation and full prepayment for apartment No. 1 were made a month before arrival, but we were settled in apartment No. 2, because the Poles arrived the day before our arrival and chose the best room. In app. No. 2, the bedroom (9m2) is lined with wooden clapboard and there is a small window under the ceiling (30cm by 70cm). There is almost no daylight. It's like sleeping in a box. In app. No. 1, the bedroom is large and bright, with a normal window and furniture. Yes, and the whole situation in Ap. No. 1 is better and more modern.
The second point - the hostess promised to meet us at the railway station of the neighboring town from the last train (trains do not go to Heviz itself). We accordingly planned a day tour of Budapest and arrived in this town at half past nine in the evening. Rain, cold, we are alone with our suitcases and no one meets us. I had to take a taxi at extortionate rates. We arrived - the hostess says that she met us, but did not see us !! ! This is on a patch of 5 benches!! ! She also speaks German. To communicate in English, she called her daughter, who is studying in another city, and on the phone her daughter told about the change in apartments, and about meeting us at the station, and how happy they were to see us. Further communication with the hostess was a sign language, she does not know English or Russian (and they were called languages of communication on the site).
Regarding the cleanliness of the room, everything seems to be fine, but the toilet has a strong sewer smell, and neither domestos nor essential oils helped. Very annoying. I did not notice that cleaning was done in 13 days, the bed was changed once after 7 nights. Upon arrival, they turned on the heating (it was very cold), and after 2 days, when it became 2 degrees at night, they turned it off. There was no response to our complaint about the cold. They covered themselves with 3 blankets, and they were wadded and for some reason short, teenage. And 3 days before departure, without any notification, the gas was turned off, it was impossible to cook.
We did not go and sort things out with the hostess, and it would have been impossible. I don't think I would like to visit this villa again.
And I really liked Heviz and the lake. If possible, I will definitely come again.
