Stayed at this hotel with my mom in August 2013. The food is excellent. But this is the only plus. Treatment at the lowest level. Only cosmetic procedures at the level. The horror itself lies in the fact that the staff at the reception is very impudent and rude, does not speak Russian, but can speak English, if only one person and then with such attempts, it's just terrible. You tell them in English they answer you in Hungarian. You ask where such and such a procedure is located, and they answer you, but we ourselves do not know. You order a bath with mud, and some kind of dust is poured into the water and they say yes, this is how it is with us. The appointment with the doctor at 7 in the morning had to wait until almost 9, at first the doctor came late, then he received friends. In general, I don’t remember such a technique even in Soviet times, of course you will forgive me. A simple formality. We have been going to different hotels in Hungary for so many years for treatment, but here it is just the finish line. It's just not possible, comrades. Into the account, they make sums in such a way that they themselves cannot explain what for what. Complete scam and scam. That's not the point. Very unfriendly and negative people. Spoiled vacation.
