An excellent quality hotel with a high level of service. There is always a Russian-speaking guide, and even if there is no language barrier at all. The staff is all responsive and welcoming, the main thing is to smile, where the word is in Russian, where in English or in their Hungarian (you already remember a few basic words on the spot). Do not look at the fact that the hotel has four stars, this is a European-level hotel, and in Turkey it would take all five stars plus. This is the only hotel in Heviz with all-inclusive meals. The variety of dishes is simply amazing, special thanks to the chefs. Always a huge selection of meat dishes (turkey, chicken, beef, pork, even venison), fish dishes. And you will not see any queue. Very tasty sausages (who was in Turkey understands that they have a problem with this, it is not possible to eat sausages). Vegetables, fruits, pastries, juices, ice cream are all in abundance. The rooms are great with floor to ceiling windows. Many Russians love us very much and are always welcome. In general, the impressions from the rest are amazing. The travel agency also works for five plus, no problems. The territory is large, green, good swimming pools. Everything is clean and tasteful. Nice atmosphere in the evening with live music.
