Let's start with the fact that this is really 2 *, the total footage is 38-40 square meters. meters, they consist of 2 rooms: one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside shelves; the second of two single beds, a table with a miniature TV. There is a kitchen, quite acceptable: a stove, a coffee maker, a refrigerator... I immediately say that there is no microwave oven, no electric kettle. There is a veranda large enough, it has a table and 4 chairs (plastic), a dryer, a sun umbrella. The toilet-bath combined is large enough, there is a boiler that is large enough and very, very hot.
The houses are 2-storey, as for me, those who are on the 2nd floor are more fortunate, they have more sun and they walk less through them. The houses are located in a pine forest. You can’t drive directly to the houses by car, it’s from 50 to 200 meters to the sea, depending on which house and which way to go to the sea.
You can add a 5th bed to them, then it will stand where the double is. The house has 2 entrances, one to the room with a double bed, the second to the kitchen.
Mostly tourists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, as well as from Slovenia, Germany, Austria, and Italy rest in Astra.
There are practically none from the CIS countries, I would even say that during our vacation we did not see them at all.
For 10 days, bed linen was changed 1 time, towels were changed every 3 days.
There is no Internet in Astra itself, but there is a cafe with Wi-Fi nearby.

Ugliness Croatia, Apartments "Astra" I didn’t want to give myself a day off, but since I couldn’t find any information about these “apartments” when I was going on the All Croatia bus tour with Artintur, I want people to know what to expect. The so-called apartments are a set of tasteless summer houses, a la the hostel of the USSR period, one of the worst options.

Croatia, Apartments "Astra"
I didn’t want to give myself a day off, but since I couldn’t find any information about these “apartments” when I was going on the All Croatia bus tour with Artintur, I want people to know what to expect. The so-called apartments are a set of tasteless summer houses, a la the hostel of the USSR period, one of the worst options. We arrived there on September 19th. On the wall in the bedroom (fortunately we got it) there was a huge, very similar to a malarial mosquito. On the first night, many people got very cold and caught a cold, because it was very cold in the houses (I slept in clothes). There are no splits, no air conditioners, no TV, the light in the room is one bulb, 40 watts, if there is, then it’s good in a wall lamp, there is no overhead lighting, it’s completely impossible to read in the evening. Furniture is a minimal set, chairs are only plastic chairs on the balcony, a small mirror is in the bathroom above the sink.
A room with a double bed is a normal one, the other two beds are in the vestibule on the aisle between the kitchen and the toilet and shower. The kitchen seems to be more or less normal, only water with sand suspension flows from the tap, so if you like tea or soup with sand creaking on your teeth, you are here. The drain in the pan clogs up instantly, the water is warm from the water heater, if you didn’t have time to swim before the others, the ice shower is yours. No one tried to take out the garbage for three days. But, on the day when the whole group was on an excursion, they managed to try to cut my suitcase. My suitcase also closes with a good padlock.
So they sawed the upper bow for me, apparently they wanted to file everything so imperceptibly, so that later they could bend it back so that there would be no scandal, but the metal turned out to be very good, they managed to cut it only in one direction, but it was no longer possible to attach it back, they abandoned it, because I have four temples on each side, eight in total, and if it didn’t work out, then out of anger they cut down a dog with a zipper, which simply lifts the suitcase if there are a lot of things !! ! I was lucky, not without my, of course, active application of forces, to visit quite a few countries of the world. I always left money things not in a safe, but in a suitcase under lock and key, attempts on a closed suitcase were not seen anywhere, this happened to me for the first time and it was in vaunted Croatia, where "there is no crime. " Such is the objective reality about the Astra "apartments".
In general, I must say that this is the only puncture of "Artintur", otherwise the tour was organized perfectly, you can go safely, only if you go according to the program with Istria, then strongly ask to replace the Astra apartments, because imagine that in addition to all the delights of this "Asters" will be the main one for that married couple who will find themselves on these very walk-through beds between the kitchen and the toilet with another pair of strangers, since two strangers are accommodated in one "apartment" intended for one family. Now a little about the Green Lagoon in general. I have not seen such a hole for a long time. No normal streets, no paths, no well-lit paths, no normal beaches, no nature. Well, there is nothing comfortable for rest. A chaotic pile of tasteless hotels, outbuildings, travel to Porec 90 rubles by train one way. Any glass of cocktail in any cafe 240 rubles.
But you are completely legal, including at the reception of the hotel, they can offer prostitutes and any kind of sexual services, or call for some dubious walk in a car with a Croat, regardless of gender and age. In general, I was left in shock, even if we exclude the attempted theft, I have not seen such a mess and open cynicism in any resort, not only in Europe, but in general, fortunately. The beauty of Istria is made only by small Croatian towns that have preserved their historical centers intact, they are worth seeing only as part of some excursion program, and for recreation, Istria does not exist for me personally. But this applies only to Istria, fortunately we had a tour throughout Croatia, so I now have a complete idea about it. I really liked the town of Makarska and the villa "Katarina" (this is Central Dalmatia) and the Dubrovnik area. There is beautiful nature and civilization there.
If now I was traveling with "Artintur", I would choose a program where Korcula and more south. You can see Istria, you can not see it, you won't lose anything. I didn't like the Split area either. Rest in Croatia is acceptable for me only in Central and South Dalmatia, starting from Makarska and South.
