It rained a week before our arrival, and we had rain only once, when we ourselves went to Split. The rest of the time it was warm, although cloudy, but this did not interfere at all, but on the contrary, it helped not to burn out. Hotel Dalmatia pulls on a good four. Everything is very decent. It is better to choose a room on the upper floors, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and mountains. Of the minuses: no French bed, poor soundproofing in the room, expensive drinks for dinner, lack of animation. The beach is private, but anyone can get on it, so there are a lot of people, especially on weekends. Sunbeds are paid, 30 kunas. Free sunbeds were only at the Park Hotel (for hotel guests), by the way, and the most comfortable. On them we whiled away the time on the day of departure, when the flight was delayed. Makarska is a very beautiful city with a lot to see. We didn't even get it all done in a week. We advise you to go on a fish picnic on a boat to the islands of Brac and Hvar. They bring you from the city embankment, for 150 kunas, they feed you with delicious fish and entertain you with pleasant music.
