Stayed with my son for a week. The hotel is wonderful!
To the sea 3 minutes, just go down the stairs from the room, past the restaurant - and immediately the beach. The beach is small pebbles.

It's about 50 minutes walk to the old town, next to the hotel there is a bus stop.
