It turned out that the tour operator "Zeta" did not pay for our rooms. 18 people cannot be accommodated. For 2 months, the operator did not bother to transfer our money to the hotel account, but that's another story. The hotel administration offered us only one option: to pay for the rest in cash. There are no other options. We refused and started calling the operator. Zeta replied that the money had been transferred the day before and that they would not go home until we were settled. As a result, at 18.00 Kyiv time there was no one in Zeta's office. We started calling the Ukrainian embassy in Croatia. Embassy employees put pressure on the hotel administration, and they stand their ground: "let them pay in cash. " There were 3 children under the age of 4 among us!!! ! In the evening, tired and embittered, we "attacked" the administration and they agreed for a deposit of 300 euros from each of us to settle. It was 23.00 Kiev time. We arrived at the hotel at 14.00. By the way, in the minus of the administration, you can still add their refusal to sign an act drawn up by tourists to be presented to the operator in Kyiv. In general, I traveled around the world, rested in different hotels, but the Waterman Supetrus resort 4 * hotel disappointed me. Refrain from staying at this hotel.
