Accommodation.
The hotel consists of many buildings, 3 receptions.
It is impossible to clarify something at the receptions, they send back and forth.
Part of the hotel is good, but they do not settle there. We got a typical soviet building with European-style renovation.
Room 12m, corridor 8m and toilet. Total number 20m. I think it is very expensive for such accommodation.
We were lucky that the building was far from the dining room (well, it's not a restaurant).
And who had windows on the dining room - very noisy in the evening and at night.
Contingent.
French, Croats, Germans.
There are few Russians, and they led much more decently than those mentioned above.
Territory.
It is also made up of different hotels (apparently the worst part was then bought in addition and put 4 * everywhere).
In that hotel that is better - very good territory.
In the soviet part, it is somehow run down and a lot of broken things. You can use everything, just move on.
Beaches.
Be sure to take corals.
2 beaches:
- shallow (bay) with a view of Supetar. When a lot of people - dirty.
- the actual sea. Excellent sea
Minus - paid sunbeds ($ 5 per day). Towels are not provided, you must bring your own.
But no one drives from the litter either.
All beaches in Croatia are municipal, so there is a crush on the beach,
especially in the part that is closer to Supetar.
Nutrition.
Soups are typically canteen in quality
(I had constant heartburn after soups, without soups - it was not).
Otherwise, the food is safe, but relatively monotonous.
For 2 weeks it became boring, no alternatives were offered.
It was better before the start of the season, but with the influx of tourists, the quality deteriorated and queues formed.
Plus - part of the tables on the balcony with a great view of the mountains beyond the sea.
Service.
Not much use from the receptionist. They do not speak Russian, English is slurred.
The maids constantly got in the way until lunchtime.
Animation somehow missed us.
Total.
Everyone (!!! ) (not only us, but also other "ours") happily returned home.
The rest were jealous.
What compensates:
Fantastic nature, clean water, clean air, lots of sun.

Settled in the building Adria club. 1. Room no more than 12 sq. m. !!! ! We move around the room with difficulty. 2 suitcases took up every possible space. You can only lie in the room because there is nowhere to move. There is a refrigerator and TV. Bathroom - with shower. Looks sad. There is no gel or shampoo. . . only liquid soap. Chipboard furniture - everything is cheap and cheerful. As in the former Soviet times, the husband speaks as "in the Security Council" 2. They determined to eat at rest. Adria. I don’t know who writes there that the food is super !!! ! I read the reviews - that the food is very tasty, a lot of seafood and fish! Everything is like in our former canteens (no tablecloths on the tables or napkins). Guests scurrying around with plates in shorts and washed-out T-shirts....The food is weak 3. The husband took a fish that looked like fried mackerel. He said that it was smelly. I tried it, it's definitely rotten. Then they saw. that all the tourists who took this fish no one ate. Meat, more or less. Nothing special (chicken, beef) From fruits - green-green kiwi and the same green peaches cut into halves. Watermelon and melon....Forget about fresh juices! Powdered Juices! Yesterday we had dinner at the Cactus restaurant - the level is slightly higher there, so if you can immediately change the restaurant to Cactus. Yes, and in Cactus the rooms are bigger and better. 3. The territory is large but not well-groomed. It seems that if there is a sea and a lot of greenery around, then nothing more needs to be done. There are few free sunbeds by the pool and at 9.00 am everything is already taken. Towels are better to buy or take your own from home. those that give the impression on the beach that since the time of the union in everyday life. 4. There are no complaints about the sea. Clean and very clear! The weather is comfortable + 27. Sea +25.5. Entertainment. Everyone entertains themselves as they can! Thanks to the German tourists - they are very good with us. funny caught. They sing and dance....and we have more fun. I would be glad if my review turned out to be useful. I understand everything that nature and the sea are extraordinary, but the HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THIS MONEY !! ! We regretted 100 times that we went here

We flew in from this hotel last night. We got a lot of fun. I flew with my husband and our friends (four of us). We arrived at the hotel at about one in the morning and we were immediately settled in the OLEA building (numbers 505 and 506). The rooms are nice and clean with balconies and air conditioning. Cleaning was daily, but there is one BUT - if you do not put used towels on the floor, then you will not be replaced with clean ones.

Cleaning was daily, but there is one BUT - if you do not put used towels on the floor, then you will not be replaced with clean ones. There was also a refrigerator in the room where we regularly put some water. As soon as we left our room, we entered the swimming pool where there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There was also a bar, drinks there are free for those who came on an all-inclusive basis, for everyone else for an extra charge. fee (a glass of water - 5 kunas / 7 UAH, a glass of beer - 10 kunas - 13 UAH, etc. ). The beach is about 50 m from the pool (there are many sunbeds and gazebos along the way). The beach is pebbly, only it is not smooth, but angular, both on the shore and in the sea, so entering the sea without slippers is problematic. Sun loungers on the beach are paid 25 kunas. The sea itself is simply extraordinary beauty! The water was somewhere around 30 degrees!! ! The food was good and varied! Every evening was themed, sometimes Mexican, sometimes Dalmatian.... squid, pizza, lasagna, a variety of fish. . . Everything is very delicious!! ! The city center and the pier are about 10 minutes walk along cafes and souvenir shops. In general, the hotel, staff and vacation are satisfied!! ! I recommend to go on the "all inclusive" system - it's cheaper and more comfortable (for example, you don't need to run to the store for some water, etc. )

Stayed in this hotel with my husband. To begin with, the operator (namely, IBCI Travel) a little overshadowed our first impression of the vacation, because upon arrival in Split we were not on their lists, so the ferry transfer left without us (the ferry departed at 21.00, the time was way 45 minutes) and we had to wait for the next flight with tourists to go with them to the island.

And the next ferry sailed already at 23.59! And instead of being at the hotel at 22.00, we arrived at 01.00! Of the pluses about the memory of this incident, the only thing was that we, since we had 3 hours of free time, were able to walk around Split, its central promenade. Very picturesque. In the evening, life boils there) It turned out to be such a mini-tour of Split))
Arriving at the hotel, we were waiting for dinner and a room.
I will say right away, having read the preliminary reviews, I was a little wary, and I reacted superficially to the conversations of the manager of the travel agency where the tour was bought, and then the representatives of the operator company, that this is a wonderful hotel with the best beaches. But in vain.
The hotel is really top notch. What does it have to do with everything. Starting with the well-groomed territory and rooms and ending with the desired temperature (! ) of dishes.
So, we were given a room number 828 in the Adria Club building, where only foreigners, mostly French, rest. But we ate in the restaurant building Kaktus (we had "breakfast-dinner"). Breakfast there from 07.00 to 10.00, dinner from 19.00 to 21.00. The all-inclusive system also includes lunch from 12.00 to 14.00. Since the abundance and variety of food was impressive, I think that "breakfast and dinner" is more than enough. An exception, perhaps, if you come with children.
Now about food. Breakfast - at least 5 types of cheeses, sausages and ham (not "paper" ones, as in Egypt), fresh vegetables, salads, yogurts, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs, grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, jams, honey, pancakes or pancakes are made according to your request, they also make scrambled eggs. From fruits - oranges, grapefruit, pineapples in juice, bananas, casseroles, cookies, punches. From drinks - grapefruit, apple and orange juices (not "yupi"! ), water, tea of various types, coffee machine with several types of coffee drinks such as espresso, coffee with milk, cappuccino, chocolate and latte macchiato. There was always fresh milk as well.
For dinner, the dishes changed. Once a week seafood - mussels, squid, octopus. Pizza all the time. Several types of salads (including salads with seafood), lasagna, pasta with seafood, meat, spaghetti, french fries, baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, meat in its various types of preparation (chicken, pork, beef. . . ), fish (stewed, grilled, fried.... Lots of desserts and fruits (watermelon, melon, plum, apples, pears, peach, kiwi. . . ) Drinks for dinner only water and soda.
If you eat according to the "all inclusive" system - then juices, wine, beer. Ice cream for lunch too.
Now about the sea and the beach. Crystal clear and transparent sea. After dinner, sometimes it becomes a little cloudy. The entrance is rocky, many swim with specials. shoes, but despite the fact that I took such shoes, I still didn’t swim in them, because I consider them quite uncomfortable and hot) I can say that we didn’t have any special problems with entering the sea even without shoes. Well, it's a bit annoying, sometimes painful)
The beach is small pebbles. Purely. On the beach there are sunbeds and umbrellas. We didn't use them, as the pebbles are a great back massage, but it seems like they were free for vacationers at the hotel. Outsiders paid. But I will not claim.
We often lay on sunbeds in the shade after dinner - no one took a fee from us.
The territory of the hotel is very large and picturesque. You can walk - you can't walk up) Palm trees, pine trees, cacti, various flower plants and other coniferous trees... The air is clean.
To the center of Supetar (a very wonderful town! ) 5-7 minutes walk along cafes and souvenir shops.
We didn’t go anywhere from excursions, since most of them take a whole day, and this is on the mainland, and we only had 7 days... We ourselves went to the city of Bol (on the opposite side of the island) to the famous Zlatny Rat beach ". A round-trip ticket costs 50 kunas per person (1 kuna equals approximately 1.5 hryvnias). Let me tell you, I am not impressed. A lot of people, more like a Crimean beach) but the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, it doesn’t hurt. Bol itself is also nothing special. Supetar wins a lot. By the way, on the way to Bol we passed several towns of the island, very picturesque) In general, there is something to see.
Internet. Available at the reception, paid. It costs 30 minutes - 20 kunas, 1 hour - 30 kunas and so on.
If you have any other questions - ask, I will answer.
I highly recommend this hotel and the island itself. The sea, ancient architecture, white sailboats, and all this, surrounded by an incredible amount of vegetation, will give you an unforgettable experience!

And only having a rest in the hotel I understood it. In fact, the hotel is not bad, but the second time I will not go. Yes, it is really big and very beautiful area. Sea - no comment. We are not the first time in Croatia and we already have an idea about hotels in this country. Well, this is not a 4* hotel. Yes, they made the all-inclusive system, but at the same time there are also a lot of other vacationers who eat according to the "breakfast-dinner" system or someone bought lunches or something else on the spot. In general, for 2 weeks we have not figured out the colors of the bracelet so much. It's amazing how the hotel workers themselves understand. Well, that's their problem. If you went with a child, and children love not only to swim in the sea or the pool, then be prepared for the fact that there is no normal playground there. One wooden slide. And then we, for example, had to walk decently to it. The mini-club has a semblance of a playground, but it is designed for children up to 4 years old. And the mini-club is visited by children from 4 to 12 years old. And the mini-club itself works in a very original way. . Desk animation is designed only for French and German children. Not a single animator, at least a little speaking Russian, is not. My daughter is 7 years old and so far enjoys going to the mini club. I took her away and left her. Then I looked in 20 minutes later, everything was fine. Came for her after 1.5 hours. The child had no face. It turns out that the child must speak either French or German, well, in extreme cases, English. I have been remarked on this. It also turned out that the color of the bracelet does not give her the right to visit the mini-club at all (this is not so, everyone can visit it). All mothers know that children have no language barrier. Is it really necessary to explain yourself for a long time in order to make a child sit down to draw with him? In general, if you are not French or German, then do not worry. The sea is the same for everyone.

It turned out that the tour operator "Zeta" did not pay for our rooms. 18 people cannot be accommodated. For 2 months, the operator did not bother to transfer our money to the hotel account, but that's another story. The hotel administration offered us only one option: to pay for the rest in cash. There are no other options. We refused and started calling the operator. Zeta replied that the money had been transferred the day before and that they would not go home until we were settled. As a result, at 18.00 Kyiv time there was no one in Zeta's office. We started calling the Ukrainian embassy in Croatia. Embassy employees put pressure on the hotel administration, and they stand their ground: "let them pay in cash. " There were 3 children under the age of 4 among us!!! ! In the evening, tired and embittered, we "attacked" the administration and they agreed for a deposit of 300 euros from each of us to settle. It was 23.00 Kiev time. We arrived at the hotel at 14.00. As it turned out, this is not the first case when the operator did not transfer money. 4 stars for this hotel is too much
many. Solid 3. The service is very unobtrusive. The staff is indifferent. Food - sooooo ordinary. Breakfast was the same: cottage cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages. Everything. And we were fed with this for 7 days, every morning. They also have problems with fish. Horror!!! ! The beaches are dirty. If there is a disco in the Adria building, you won’t fall asleep until it ends. By the way, in the minus of the administration, you can still add their refusal to sign an act drawn up by tourists to be presented to the operator in Kyiv. In general, I traveled around the world, rested in different hotels, but the Waterman Supetrus resort 4 * hotel disappointed me. Refrain from staying at this hotel. There are many other hotels on the Adriatic where you can relax with pleasure. For example, the hotel "Istra", the island of Istra, the city of Rovinj. Good luck everyone!!! !

On the territory of 2 outdoor pools, you can find a free sunbed, there is a pool for small children. Animation activities are held every day in the pool for both adults and children. The beaches are rocky, but because the beach near the hotel is located in the bay, then there are practically no waves, to feel the expanses of the sea, you have to go to another beach, it's 5-7 minutes.

We traveled with two children aged 7 and 4. Therefore, my review is for families with children. The ticket was bought at TUI Ukraine. I was worried that it would take a long time to get to the hotel (bus-ferry-bus), but it turned out that in vain. I don’t remember how long it took to get from Split airport to the port of Split, then 40 minutes on the ferry, which pass unnoticed because the ferry is a floating house where you can run and eat if you take food with you (tea, coffee, water, chocolate in the bar , ice cream, etc.

I was worried that it would take a long time to get to the hotel (bus-ferry-bus), but it turned out that in vain. I don’t remember how long it took to get from Split airport to the port of Split, then 40 minutes on the ferry, which pass unnoticed because the ferry is a floating house where you can run and eat if you take food with you (tea, coffee, water, chocolate in the bar , ice cream, etc. ). Since then, we were put on a bus that drove to the hotel for 5-10 minutes to detour. During the same time, you can walk from the port to the hotel along the waterfront.
The hotel is a large green area on which there are 5-6 buildings of different classes. We lived at Villa Maria. Our room consisted of a closed terrace with a table and chairs, two rooms, a bathroom with a bath and a balcony. In the first room there was a double sofa bed, a small wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen unit with all the necessary utensils and household appliances, in the second - a large double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, sun loungers and a dryer on the balcony. The room is clean, cleaned every day, and when we were not there, the towels were changed every day by ourselves, we did not throw them anywhere. Near the villa there is a good swimming pool, it is fenced and not visible from the road, so only the inhabitants of this villa swam in it.
There are 3 more pools on the territory of the hotel: central, not far from the children's beach, where all entertainment events are held, a large deep one near the Cactus building and a shallow one for kids on the central alley. The hotel has access to two beaches: the first one is behind the "Cactus" building - there is a very beautiful area, you can lie down in the shade of pine trees, but the beach is concrete and there are large stones in the sea (it's bad for children to swim there), but the second one (located next to the central pool) just right for children, because it is a quiet, shallow bay. The territory of the children's beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone. On the beach itself, pebbles of medium size, another three meters into the sea, are also pebbles, and then sand. Depth is from 0.5 to 1.5 m. The water is clear and holds well. My daughter learned to swim because of this. We didn’t take sun loungers, we bought foam pads on site, it’s cheaper.
I can’t say that the food was very varied, on the contrary, but we have never, despite the fact that children need dietary food, have not remained hungry and no one has been ill. We had three meals a day. Of the big minuses - half of the offered fruits were unripe, but they still were. If someone needs to know more about the dishes, then ask, I will answer. Although there is no guarantee that the chef will not change next year.
Now about children's animation. The playground next to the pool is bad, no one walks there. There is also a small playground near the animation house, there is a Chikovsky plastic house, rocking chairs and plastic slides for kids. There are a lot of animators, 6 people, they change with children, usually 1-2. My children practically didn’t walk there, not because it’s bad there, we just didn’t have time to sit in the house, but we came to the sea to swim. But they liked those 4-5 times that they walked there and it was hard to pick them up from there. The animators are very responsive, only one was not very friendly, for some reason she forbade children to take toys that they used to play without problems, she said that she did not understand our language, so she asked to wait for animators who understand at least something in Russian. But when other animators came, they enjoyed playing with my children, and the language barrier was not a problem for them. The hotel is designed for the French. The animators spoke French, English and German. If you know Ukrainian and Russian and connect the sign language, then an adult will be able to talk with a Croat, of course it is more difficult for children. Every evening a half-hour disco for kids.
What is good about this hotel is that immediately outside it begins the central shopping street of the city on which there are cafes, shops, souvenir shops, children's attractions. If you have money, you won’t be bored. It’s 5-10 minutes walk to the port, and it’s in the center of the city.
That's probably all I can tell you about children's recreation. I can’t tell you how adults have fun there, I only went to water aerobics in the central pool. These classes were sometimes better, sometimes worse, depending on which animator conducted them. If I was traveling alone with my husband, I would choose a different hotel,
The hotel is a large green area on which there are 5-6 buildings of different classes.
In Croatia, there are excellent climatic conditions (especially for those who are harmful to the sun), it is practically never hot, excellent clear sea, seas on the beach, clean air... but the service in hotels is at the level of boarding houses of the Sea of u200bu200bAzov during the period of perestroika.

For which the hotel was awarded 4+ stars are not known even at the reception. The complex consists of several hotels, in the most decent lodge almost only the Germans. The rest of the buildings do not even deserve three stars. They don’t allow changing the number, they say your agency (Gamalia) ordered such a number for the vases, although the agency assured that they keep the best numbers for them and if something doesn’t suit you, they will change the number the next day. In a decent room - only air conditioning, nothing else: no refrigerator, no mini bar, no decent bathroom (tray, curtain and faucet), no shampoos, no gels, no free clean water, no elevators. To spend time near the pool, you need to lie until 8 am, then - it's unrealistic. Beaches near the hotel (Like all others) - municipal and crowded, sunbeds and umbrellas - for a fee.
In the dining room, dishes change only for dinner, breakfasts are the same all the time. Those who have half board have to pay for all drinks except water (although the travel agency spoke about free drinks during dinner and breakfast).
In general, there is no benefit from staying in this hotel - no! The room costs about 150 euros per day. DO NOT SPEND SUCH MONEY FOR WASTE IF YOU ARE GOING TO CROATIA RENT A APARTMENT. It will be cheaper and better. Food in Croatia is inexpensive, around dozens of pizzerias, fast food cafes, restaurants.
As for Fr. Brac, I recommend to settle in the town of Bol (at the other end of the island), there is a beautiful, wonderful beach.
