We stayed in this hotel in September. I really liked the hotel - a large area, a lot of greenery, lavender, cypresses. The room had a balcony (sea view). The case was apparently built a long time ago, but everything is made of natural materials, without plastic and laminate. Those who like the atmosphere in the rooms more comfortable may not have enough comfort, although a comfortable bed, armchair, wardrobe, refrigerator, table, chair and TV (not plasma, of course), plus a table and two chairs on the balcony - what else is needed for a good rest . It is literally 50 m from the sea (you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf), the beach is pebbly, it is more convenient to swim in special shoes. The hotel is very quiet, there are no different entertainments, discos, animations. Therefore, it is optimal for a relaxing family holiday. The sea is clean, the air is saturated with the smell of pine needles, lavender, in the evening you can walk either along the promenade (in September it is already quite deserted), or take a promenade to the city. The town of Supetar is a charming place - coves, a pier, a cathedral, cafes and restaurants, souvenir kiosks. The center is a pedestrian zone, in the evenings there is a busy movement of vacationers.
The ferry to Split runs clearly on schedule every 1-2 hours, there is a bus Supetar - Bol, 50 kuna round-trip ticket (one-way ticket - 40 kuna). You should definitely go to the most famous beach in Croatia, the Golden Horn (the town itself is completely ordinary, nothing interesting, but the beach is really impressive).
In September it was quite warm, the sea was 22 - 24 degrees, but it rained for a couple of days and by the end of the holiday it became windy in the evenings. We concluded for ourselves that it’s better to arrive a little early, the island is an island, and the airflow there is higher than on the mainland. But the sea....There is no comparison with the sea in Split. Tour operators offer various excursions in Croatia, but we, because. not for the first time in this country, this time we did not go. We only went on excursions to the Blue Cave (from Split on a speedboat it takes 2.5 hours to get there and the same amount back, with swimming in the lagoon, in the open sea - 90 euros per person). The Cave itself is a stunning sight. It is blue due to the sunlight that enters through the underwater grotto and, refracting, paints the water and walls of the cave in an amazing blue color. Liked.

The holiday was a success, we were very satisfied.
