The hotel is located in a place called Kalamaki. From the airport 10 minutes drive.
The staff communicates in English. Russian words only teach, because our compatriots in this hotel have a rest very little, as a rule, about 6 people. There are lovely girls at the reception who will always prompt and help you sort out any situation, they are just smart))).
Rooms are small with balconies. Hairdryer and TV remote at reception. In July and August, air conditioning is free of charge, in other months 5-6 euros per day. Refrigerator - for a fee, 5-6 euros per day.
The rooms are cleaned every day, very clean.
Food - breakfast and dinner varied, and very tasty. The choice may not be the largest, but even we (and we are still those prevereds)) really liked it. At dinner, drinks are paid.

The beach is 3 minutes walk. Most importantly, the hotel is located on the famous beach, where the carriage-careta turtles live. During the day, we did not see turtles on the beach, but at night they crawl ashore and bury their eggs in the sand. In the morning, already above the place where the turtle buried the egg, there will be a fence, which will be carefully put up by a special "turtle patrol", guarding the turtles day and night. the path of the turtle to the place of "burrows" Therefore, the beach is open from 8 am to 8 pm. The beach is cleaned every day. Sand on the beach. . .
There is a regular bus (25 minutes) to the capital of the island, the city of Zakynthos, it costs 1.40 euros or a taxi (5-10 minutes) 8.5 euros.
From the very beginning we rented mopeds. By the way, if you have a driver's license, then grab and be sure to rent a car, or a moped, or a quad bike... in this way we traveled the whole island and sunbathed on every beach. The most excellent beach in Gerakos. . . see for yourself and understand why))) It's a stunningly beautiful place. If you rent transport, then do not book tours of the island at the agency, because you will see everything yourself and will not run with the crowd, and save a lot of money. And the island is worth visiting all its unusually picturesque and beautiful places.
Nearby is another town of Laganas, there is a big street, where there are a lot of bars and discos, a lot of young people.
In Kalamaki itself, there are many taverns, bars, cafes, karaoke... in general, there is something for a tourist to do on vacation)))
