We rested at the Makriammos hotel on the island of Thassos. It was just an incredible vacation. The hotel is located right in the forest, such clean air, it's nice to breathe.
We lived in the Superior room, the bungalow was good, the room was just renovated. The hotel kept cleanliness, cleaned the rooms well, always changed bedding and towels on time, monitored the territory.
There are no complaints about food at all. We were often pampered with seafood, which was one of the main criteria for us. We still rest at sea. From sea dishes you could try shrimp in pasta or rice, octopus, mussels, fish soups, fried traditional fish gavro, squid, salads with tuna. In general, for lovers of seafood, there is not a small choice. Once a week, the hotel did a traditional Greek dinner. It was all very tasty. You don't have to worry about food.
The beach also did not leave us without impressions. The hotel had a beach, which was one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole island of Thassos. The wide white sand beach with marble sand provided great pleasure. The entrance to the sea was gentle and sandy. The sea is clean and has a beautiful turquoise hue. We loved to play volleyball on the beach. And the biggest plus is that only tourists staying at the hotel rested on this beach, despite the fact that this beach is famous on the island, no one except us rested there.
We like to change places of rest, but I will definitely return to Makryammos. There really is a vacation.
