The restaurant operates on an all-inclusive basis, where you can taste good Mediterranean, vegetarian and European cuisine. Nearby is the main bar, you can take any alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink, ice cream. Another pool bar on the street and Sky bar, which is located on the 7th floor. Gym on the minus ground floor, next to the SPA (massage, hammam bath and much more). There is only one swimming pool in the hotel and it is located on the street.
Animators hold various activities, and every day a new entertainment program for guests. On Wednesdays, a group of Cuban dancers comes, it was interesting. Nearby in the settlement of Psakoudia there is a wide variety of taverns for every taste, as well as souvenir shops, shops with Greek clothes. As for the beach, it is located right in front of the hotel and all white sunbeds and umbrellas are free.
I liked the hotel, thanks for the rest.
Positive points:
- numbers
- SEA
- food (a separate compliment to the chefs who prepare dishes right in the hall)
- free ice cream
- a clean beach, which is not only cleaned daily, but also washed
Negative:
- the view from the window of the room (the windows of the room looked directly at the landfill, which is next to the hotel. As a result, they never sat on the balcony either in the evening or early in the morning).
- insufficient number of sun loungers on the beach: it is clear that the hotel earns not only on vacationers in it, but also on all those who freely visit the beach, but I think that a 5-star hotel should solve this problem not at the expense of those who pay for accommodation in it. (repeatedly both in the descriptions and in the hotel itself it was said that the towels left for an hour were collected and the sunbeds were thus released, but nothing like this happened during our vacation).
- the issue of the safety of vacationers in the hotel: for all the time I saw the security guard for exactly 5 minutes 1 time. and all. At the same time, access to the hotel is open to everyone, even during the day, even late in the evening, even at a time when the pool bar, which serves those who want to sunbathe on the beach, is no longer open.
- the beach is public, despite the fact that on many sites it is declared as a purely hotel one.
- lack of hotel territory (the territory of the hotel is limited to the building, a small pool right at the entrance and sunbeds on the beach)
- excursions: at least the question is probably no longer for the hotel (for representatives, of course, the main thing is to shove something for vacationers. When you choose excursions, specify specifically, they will really take you to where you expect to get and how long it will take).
- the lack of a room to store your belongings in case of a late check-out (check-out from the room at 12.00. Before your transfer, if it is in the evening, you can leave your luggage at the reception (at the same time, they are located on the landing of the stairs, which seems to be only hotel staff)
- as an indicator of shortcomings: no one bothered to change the burnt out light bulbs in the name of the hotel for the whole week. for some, it may not be an indicator, but this is the attitude towards vacationers, and the self-esteem of the hotel, or something.
Separately, I want to note the work of the animators. GOOD FELLOWS!!! ! If it wasn't for them, I would have rated it even lower.
THANK YOU very much to them (Alina, Ira, Anya, Tuglu)!
Excellent organization, friendly relations, constant games with both children and adults!! ! It can be seen that the guys are not just serving the number, but they really like what they do, and not only they, but also those around them enjoy it! The children were even very upset that they had to part with them.
I would like to note: 95% of vacationers are families with children, so if someone is planning a vacation in this hotel, consider this fact.
Rest left a double impression. I doubt that those disadvantages that I spoke about will be corrected by someone. The rooms are all occupied, there are a lot of people, the money goes to the owners, so. . .
But the rest in this hotel, like a five-star, I would not advise my friends.
service of storing valuables in a safe and mini bar, which was replenished every day with bottled water, beer and phantom. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen is changed every three days.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by a representative of the company Mouzenidis Vera. A friendly lady took us with our suitcases to the reception for check-in. There we were also greeted hospitably, Elena gave us questionnaires and made photocopies of our passports for the convenience of filling in, and our suitcases were immediately moved to the room, which was very convenient.
Breakfast in the restaurant starts from 7:00-10:00, lunch from 13:00-15:00, dinner from 19:00-21:30. According to the same system, the pool bar operates from 09:00-21:00.
At the pool bar you can take a beach towel against a deposit for only 10 euros, but you must first come to the reception to pay. The hotel also has a Sky bar, which was located on the 7th floor, where there is a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Opening hours start from 16:00-24:00. Also right on the first floor of the hotel, next to the restaurant, there is a lobby bar, which is open from 09:00-21:00 on an all-inclusive basis.
From entertainment on site there is a large swimming pool, as well as a gym and a spa center. We were complimented with a 20 percent discount on all spa treatments. Throughout the day, there is a large group of animators in the hotel, every day they post on a special stand at the entrance to the hotel, the schedule of all entertainment programs, such as water polo, dancing in the Argentinean style, Aqua makeup for children and much more.
For children, the hotel has a special playroom, which can be found on the second floor of the hotel. The playroom is equipped with all the necessary entertainment infrastructure, where children draw, sing, play, learn foreign languages and much more. My kids are happy and that's the most important thing.
I would like to say a few words about the beach. It is located within walking distance from the hotel, literally, a couple of steps and you are already enjoying the turquoise crystal clear sea. Right on the beach there are several rows of sunbeds and umbrellas from the hotel, which can be used free of charge on an all-inclusive basis. A big plus is that right on the beach you can ride a jet ski, take a catamaran or ride an inflatable cheesecake. Near the beach there are many taverns with Greek cuisine, as well as Italian.
Directly on the first floor of the hotel you can buy excursions from the Mouzenidis company. We went to Aridea-Edessa.
A wonderful light spa excursion will please absolutely everyone. The first stop of Aridea is thermal springs, there are three of them, but the entrance to each is paid separately. Entrance to the large thermal pool costs 3 euros and to the small one 2 euros. Right on the spot there is all the necessary infrastructure where you can change clothes, take a shower and leave things in the closets. In Aridea, you can easily have a bite to eat, as there are several taverns there. The average cost of a lunch is between 10 and 15 euros including drinks. Next stop in Edessa. This is a delightful picturesque city of waterfalls.
In general, we liked the rest, we were also satisfied with the hotel, I recommend it.
We arrived at the hotel around lunch time. We were greeted, which was very pleasing, and just a few minutes after check-in we were provided with a room.
Our room was quite spacious, comfortable, albeit an ordinary Double Standard. Of course, in the application we indicated that if there was a free room, we would like it with a sea view. But we were told that the hotel was fully occupied and there were no other rooms available. But, however, when we examined the room, we quite liked it and we had no complaints. Near our room it was quiet, calm - just what we needed. And the view is quite nice - on the pines.
After settling in, we immediately went down to eat. We were also happy about this, as we were hungry from the road, so we were glad that they took care of us.
The beach is close here, but you need to cross the road. This confused us a little as we were with children. But a few days later we realized that there was nothing to worry about - since the village in which the hotel is located is small, there is no big traffic here. The beach near the hotel is clean and well maintained. Although the territory is small, but there was enough space for everyone. The sea was also gorgeous - another big plus. It was clean and warm enough. After sunbathing, we went to play volleyball with the Grecoleto animators. Of course, they mostly had children's entertainment programs, but some adults could also participate, and it was very good.
Also in the evenings they liked to spend time in the Sky bar on the 7th floor. It's just a great view of the sea. My husband and I used to have a cocktail and enjoy the panorama. Children also liked to drink tea with sweets. By the way, every evening in the Sky bar there was a free tea party from 17:00-18:00.
We didn't make a mistake with the choice of the hotel. The hotel fully met our expectations, so we returned rested and satisfied.
I liked the Suite SV, two-room, with a terrace and a sea view. Stylish interior, spacious and bright. Cleaning every day.
Also the weather was nice. It was sunny all day, we were able to sunbathe and swim perfectly. The beach is right next to the hotel so we didn't have to walk far. The beach towels are new and beautiful. True, they had to be taken on bail of 10 euros for one towel, but they took a new one every day. Sun loungers and umbrellas were provided free of charge. The water in the sea is clean and transparent.
The hotel has its own swimming pool, where you can also relax, especially if you are with children.
I would like to separately note the excellent work of the hotel staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and always smiling. There are Russian speakers, so they found a common language very quickly. Also, the girls at the reception were happy to tell us about the nearest shops and taverns that we could visit. For those who will soon come here on vacation, all the establishments are located next to the hotel, you do not need to go far. To the right of the hotel there are nice restaurants and cafes, as well as taverns. There are several souvenir shops and mini markets. If this is not enough for you, you can take a walk to a large supermarket. It is located on the outskirts of the village, a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The food was also very good. Quite a wide range. In addition, there were themed evenings, so we could try dishes from the cuisine of other countries.
It is impossible not to mention the delightful Sky bar on the roof of the hotel. Romantic atmosphere, a glass of delicious champagne with fruit, and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea coast, time flies by. This is how my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. Here I would like to praise the service. I ordered a huge bouquet of peonies for my wife, they did everything at the highest level. She loved it, thanks. The next gift took place as a trip to the Enigma center for a fur coat. If you need a fur coat, I directly advise the place, a huge selection of fur coats, the prices are good, you can bargain, the sellers are understanding, and they will even treat you with a metaxa.
More than satisfied with the rest, thanks to the hotel staff for a great time.
Already from the first glance at the hotel it was clear that the hotel is really new, as we were told in the agency. Throughout the stay, we noted the high level of service and friendliness of the staff.
The comfortable rooms are modernly equipped. Internet and safe are free. The bathroom has all the necessary soap accessories. Rooms are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed several times a week.
Meals at the hotel take place in the main restaurant. The range of dishes is varied, the food is of good quality. There are 3 bars in the hotel - near the reception, by the pool and on the top floor overlooking the sea.
The beach is close, separated from the hotel by a road. The coast is sandy. Umbrellas, sun loungers and towels are provided at no extra charge. The sea is very clean and calm, swimming is a real pleasure.
The hotel has daily animation for adults and children. Various games, contests and theme nights are held. Moreover, the hotel is located right in the village called Psakudya, so in the evening you can walk to local places and spend time there.
I think that the hotel is quite worthy of the declared category and is great for a family stay. We enjoyed our vacation there!
I stayed in this wonderful hotel with a friend in early June. The hotel is brand new, in a very beautiful, quiet place. I can safely recommend this hotel to all those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, who need a nearby town (the hotel is located right in the village), good service and those who love new hotels.
On the 7th floor there is a Sky bar where you can sit in the evening, admire the sea, smoke a hookah and listen to live music - the atmosphere is very pleasant, parties and discos are also held there, you definitely won’t be bored!
The rooms are very spacious, bright, the furniture is new, there are bathrobes and slippers, bed linen is changed regularly, cosmetics in the bathroom too. The restaurant is small but cozy, the food is always tasty and fresh. Also, every day from 17.00 tea and various cupcakes are served, which is a nice bonus. We especially remember the chairs in the restaurant, I wanted the same ones to go home.
The beach is across the road, but it did not bother at all - the traffic is not very active. There is a bus stop near the hotel where you can go to Thessaloniki, but I would recommend renting a car, the hotel has a charming Pavlos who speaks Russian and will help you understand all the intricacies of driving in Greece. By car, you can drive around the entire peninsula - the beauty is unreal, but I advise you to go somewhere further with a tour, and there are fewer nerves and more impressions! We went to Meteora, on a cruise and to Athens - all excursions were organized at the highest level, and the photos turned out to be impressive!
Cronwell Sermilia is a hotel that I definitely plan to return to and if you decide to go here, believe me - you will not regret it!
The hotel has a compact territory, its own beach across a small road, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for free.
The rooms are stylish, decorated in pearl shades and natural light wood, very comfortable beds with fluffy duvets and pillows. In general, the hotel is new and it shows - all the furniture is new, large plasma TVs on the wall, cozy bathrobes.
We lived in a double standart room, and we had a huge balcony with a side sea view, waking up and seeing the turquoise sea in the morning is a great pleasure!
Meals: we had half board, ie. drinks at dinner should be paid separately, but here it was a pleasant surprise that water, juices and soda from the machine, tea and coffee were absolutely free for all guests. Not to say that the choice of dishes at dinner was very large, but everything was exceptionally tasty cooked. Also a wide selection of desserts and fruits.
At breakfast, I discovered amazing Greek yogurt, it is available with fillings and natural, various types of Greek pastries with chocolate and cinnamon and bougatsa (Greek puffs with sweet cream inside, feta cheese or, for example, with spinach).
Another bonus for guests is that the hotel hosts "tea time" from 17:00 to 18:00: in the bar at the reception you can drink free tea with cakes, pastries and various muffins.
Another point that is important - in the hotel, half of the staff speaks Russian, which is very comfortable during the holidays. As I noticed, there are Russian-speaking residents almost everywhere in Halkidiki.
In terms of animation, during our stay, there was Latin American dancing in the evening with trainers from Cuba, and on the second evening, there was a party at the rooftop bar of the hotel. Vacation was just great! We really liked the hotel, we recommend it to everyone!
