In the summer, we chose where to go with a friend and eventually went to Chalkidiki to the Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa, which is located on the second finger of Sithonia. There were almost all good reviews about this hotel, and it is Sithonia that is famous for its gorgeous beaches. The road from the airport was quite long - an hour and a half, but quite tolerable: the buses are good, air conditioning, internet, and the accompanying girl told me something. To be honest, we were tired, so we didn’t really listen. They settled us right away, the room was on the ground floor, and tourists just passed by all day long, but on the other hand, we didn’t have to go around the long corridor to go outside, we went straight through the balcony, which seemed very convenient . The room is spacious, cozy, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioners do their job perfectly, the TV remote did not work, but the hotel staff fixed everything just instantly, in general, if something does not suit you, they instantly did everything to make our vacation a success! Cleaning in the room was of high quality, towels and linen changed every 2 days. The food is simply excellent, the choice of dishes simply dizzy, there was everything on the table: fish, all kinds of meat, poultry, and just an abundance of all sorts of goodies and fruits. Drinks of course were paid, but the prices are absolutely adequate! I really liked the a-la carte restaurant, there are delicious lobsters, I advise! The beach is simply amazing, the sand, the shallow sea (always warm and well warmed up), it is shallow and quite a long stretch is an ideal place for families with children. There is practically no animation in the hotel for adults, but it was not a problem: the hotel bus ran daily to the nearby villages of Neos Marmaras and Nikiti - it takes about 5-7, well, a maximum of 10 minutes to get to them (by taxi even faster). It is very beautiful there, there are many taverns, shops - there is where to walk and have fun. Not far from the hotel was the harbor of Porto Carras - a very beautiful place, local taverns serve very tasty food, but be careful - they just have huge portions. Also in Porto Carras there is a golf club, if someone is fond of. So we were absolutely not disappointed in the hotel and even join in the rave reviews about it))) This is really a high-quality 5, from the magnificent interior and food to the friendly staff who do their best so that you do not have to think about anything and just enjoy your vacation. I think that next time again here!
