A magnificent quiet place with a chic well-groomed territory, designed for families with children - all this can be said about the Anthemus Sea hotel. Mountains, sea, pines, olives. There are no settlements nearby. It takes about 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel, but on a comfortable bus this is like an additional tour of the beauties of Greece.
A nice fountain, mowed lawns, palm trees and tangerine trees enhanced the joy of arriving in Greece and making the right choice to purchase a hotel. The staff at the reception is very efficient, I was quickly placed in a spacious clean room with a sea view (there are other rooms with a view of the pool). The Greek style was also present in the room (laconic, simple, cozy), but the most important thing for me was that the room was clean and the bathroom too.
Having read unflattering reviews about the food in this hotel, I was afraid of confirming what I had read, but fortunately in vain. There is a lot of everything and everything is delicious. Later it became clear that the menu is quite monotonous, but I decided to eat every day, one of the proposed ones, and I got it tasty and varied. Drinks, however, are paid. I dined at the tavern located on the territory. That's yummy there!
The beach is magnificent, sand, but it is not big, but cozy, like everything in this hotel. The sea is warm and clear, you can see the fish.
Quiet music played in the evenings, Greek evenings were arranged, I liked everything, I didn’t get bored. The quiet, measured, non-fussy atmosphere of the hotel is already relaxation.
The nearest city of Neos - Marmaras can be reached in 15 minutes by bus, also entertainment, a lovely city.
The biggest impression left from visiting the excursion to Meteora. Great place, very interesting, I recommend. I also went to Thessaloniki and on the cruise "St. Athos''. Incredible, I advise everyone!
