First about the hotel. We drove from the Labyrinth, we were focused on children's recreation. Miniclub Salyut from the tour operator "Labyrinth" did not let us down. The children were busy and very happy with the trip. But we are adults, we want to focus the attention of potential visitors on some features of this hotel. 1. The food is very weak, if not meager, a very limited number of dishes. Sometimes there were no fruits. But there are pluses: rice milk porridge every morning, there is always soup in the afternoon and evening, and there is a choice for children (cutlets, chicken, potatoes and pasta) Ice cream and cocktails at the bar. Free alcohol is good. Outdoor food. Charm! 2. The beach at the hotel is not very comfortable for children - large pebbles (you need shoes) and a steep entrance to the sea. Often the sea is windy due to the location of the hotel, so our children swam in the sea a few times. Hello, pool( very nice but chlorinated). But here, too, the pluses are very good solid sunbeds (wood) and umbrellas made of palm leaves (a trifle, but nice). 3. Another bad nuance is the planes overhead. At a distance of 200 meters from the hotel there is an airport runway - so 10-20 times a day (at night too) planes fly over the hotel at a height of no more than 50-100 meters. This somehow unnerves adults - children do not even notice it. 4. The hotel rooms are very beautiful - blue and white. All furniture is wooden, no plastic! The bathroom is acceptable for use. 5. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, many Russian speakers! No problems! The atmosphere is friendly, homey and cozy. Recommended for family holidays.
The problem with the beach is solved by going to other beaches, there are a great many of them on Santorini, one is more beautiful than the other - you still need to visit. The hotel food needs to be improved! In general, all these small minuses should not distract you from the island itself.
