I stayed at this hotel in early April 2013 as part of a shopping tour organized by Mouzenidis Travel. I’ll immediately note the excellent organization of the trip, five plus, but I’ll leave the features and the process of buying fur coats for a separate story.
The hotel is located in a not very prestigious, western industrial area of the city. You can say out of the way. Around an abandoned construction site, wasteland, parking and shabby walls standing around the buildings. More decent view from the rooms that face the side of the facade, into the courtyard.
Within walking distance from the hotel there is only a Lidl supermarket (150 meters) and a couple of sports shops. The hotel itself is located on the street along which there are only car service stations and auto parts stores. And so a few kilometers towards the center. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest decent tavern. The city center is 5 kilometers away. Will save the bus, the stop of which is right next to the hotel and a taxi. Of course, you can also walk, I once walked back and forth, but the walk does not give any pleasure. And there is nothing to look at and you constantly need to look where you put your foot. The road is all broken.

The appearance and lobby of the hotel is very decent, even pompous. Check-in in one minute. There were already cards with pre-painted numbers. At the reception, Russian is not particularly understood, but they are very polite and try to help. I had room 107 on the first floor, but it's about the third floor of an ordinary house in height. Classical music plays in the corridors and the twilight is dim. The room is medium in size, quite clean, if you don’t crawl under the tables and chairs, it’s even beautifully decorated. There is a safe, bathrobe, slippers, bath accessories. The plumbing is clean, the towels are white, the TV is from the last century. The windows overlooked the hotel's west side of a car park in a vacant lot, an abandoned construction site, and a busy street. Cleaning in the rooms is good, but late. Internet is available in the rooms via wi-fi, there is no password, just press ok. The minibar is locked. You can use it as a refrigerator after going to the reception and making a deposit.
Breakfast left a good impression, polite waiters instantly set the tables, offered tea, coffee. And all this in a beautiful setting.
The overall impression is very positive, and if this hotel were, say, in the area of Aristotle's Square, then it would not have a price. Or vice versa, the price would be different.
I recommend the hotel only for business trips and shopping tours. It fully justifies its purpose.
