What can I say. The rooms are not bad. But there are no shower caps in the bathroom and bathrobes and slippers have to be rented for a filling 5 euros. There was no bottled water in the room, no kettle, no ironing board. The minibar is locked. In order to simply use the refrigerator, you need to leave a deposit at the reception - 30-40 euros (once again - this is for the simple use of the refrigerator).
Food is average and small selection of dishes. From fruits - kiwi, apples and bananas. Moreover, bananas are peeled and cut into pieces.
At dinner, you can only order water or wine from drinks at restaurant prices.
The hotel is 100% not 5 stars. I would give a maximum of 3. Behind a beautiful external facade, incompetent managers are hiding, saving even on water, and locking the mini-bar.
