The answer is simple: (albeit small and not always) tips in the room for cleaning, in a restaurant for service and a bar for ice cream))) plus a smile makes all the staff your friends and assistants - you will become profitable for them !! ! in this hotel. Zhlobov is not loved anywhere. Did you pay special attention to your person when buying a package? Really? requiring a maximum. One rule always helps us - before the trip, we always listen and read carefully (according to the reviews, I see that not everyone does this) where and in which hotel we are going, taking into account the peculiarities of the country too. This hotel is a solid 4! Four! Do not look for lobsters where you did not pay for them, they will not be there. Want frills? Why then buy a room under the stairs, but demand luxury service? Before scolding the hotel, ask YOURSELF or your tour operator: why choose an inconvenient departure? the cheapest room? We liked the rest very much. We recommend the hotel.
