We are always interested - guys who have nothing to eat - where have you been and what are you doing in 4 ****, it’s built many hotels 5 ***** and 7 ******? Wine and beer are edible. Everything is very tasty. The restaurant staff was always friendly with us. The sea is clean. The beach is clean enough. skiing with training. - a real professional. Thanks to her for her help. We rented a car from her and 7-seater. a lot. Now about something else.
It was a shame for the Russian-speaking tourists (other God bless them), who occupied PAID (3.5 euros) sun loungers with their hats and towels early in the morning (thanks to the hotel, there are a lot of them) and run away from the cashier to the beginning of the beach, to where he went! The cashier is lazy, I would walk three times to get tired of running. At 10.30 we watched this mass show of hares from trains of the 90s every day. ATTENTION! At 10.30, almost the entire first line is FREE!! ! Further: we always observe the indignation of our tourists (who do not tip a cent) - why do waiters and bartenders run to others, but they shun them and do not fit? The answer is simple: (albeit small and not always) tips in the room for cleaning, in a restaurant for service and a bar for ice cream))) plus a smile makes all the staff your friends and assistants - you will become profitable for them !! ! in this hotel. Zhlobov is not loved anywhere. Did you pay special attention to your person when buying a package? Really? requiring a maximum. One rule always helps us - before the trip, we always listen and read carefully (according to the reviews, I see that not everyone does this) where and in which hotel we are going, taking into account the peculiarities of the country too. This hotel is a solid 4! Four! Do not look for lobsters where you did not pay for them, they will not be there. Want frills? Why then buy a room under the stairs, but demand luxury service? Before scolding the hotel, ask YOURSELF or your tour operator: why choose an inconvenient departure? the cheapest room? We liked the rest very much. We recommend the hotel.

the room was ordinary, linen and towels were changed regularly, I didn’t take beach ones, I didn’t want to drive my own, they cleaned every day, I even knocked with a red piece of paper posted (another downgrade of the service mark).
The food is quite "monotonous". every day for breakfast scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cold cuts (3 types of meat and 2 cheeses), pastries (6 types) and all sorts of muesli, fruits, pancakes. at dinner 4-5 types of hot dishes, "regularly repeated", several types of side dishes and salads (8-10 types) are the same every day. drinks are paid a glass of wine 2.7, a glass of juice 2.6, a cup of tea 2.3

- The beach is really excellent, sand and pebbles, with a gentle sandy entrance, the sea is clean. Slightly to the left of the hotel at the entrance to the sea, stone slabs begin. Guests of the Grecotel, for example, often suffered trying to enter the water.
- Convenient location for those who like to party.
- Quite decent food, except for dinners, which are warmed up leftovers from dinner. An abundance of vegetables and fruits, excellent pastries in the morning, there was enough meat for everyone.
Minuses:
- Repairs in the rooms were not, probably, since the time of construction.
- Completely dead cabinets, miserable initially, as in Soviet pioneer camps, and now also with partially torn off doors.
- Very narrow tub. I, a slender girl, fit in it only sideways.
- There are no gels / shampoos / caps, and it's useless to ask. The towels are kind of rotten. Beach towels were changed once in 2 weeks.
- The restaurant is a song! Tablecloths are changed only before dinner, during dinner and after it - only in case of extreme indignation of the client and the presence of a clean tablecloth. At breakfast, the tablecloths are always stained. There are always no napkins on your knees; at dinner, knives and forks often ran out and you had to ask and wait for them. Dirty dishes are not in a hurry to clean up. The floors in the restaurant are not cleaned every day. If something was spilled, you will stick and admire the dirty stains for another 2 days. There is no tea, coffee and fresh juices at dinner. Only what can be poured from a box / can / bottle. There are no fresh juices at breakfast either. You can drink tea in the evening on the territory of the hotel only at the bar, if you have time before closing time - there is only one bartender, there are usually 20 people around, no queue, everything is spontaneous.
- Elevators sometimes go crazy and live their own lives.
- Shared toilets sometimes run out of paper and towels.
- On the territory of the hotel, to the left and to the right of it, an abandoned construction site. Because the territory is small, then from the sea view rooms a view of the construction site is guaranteed.
- In the evenings from about 21.30 to 23.00 cacophony from the animation fusion of this hotel, as well as the nearest neighbors - Calipso and Blu Sea. It's not for the faint of heart. Even in the party Faliraki, we did not encounter such a roar in the evenings.
- Passive front desk staff. They readily respond to the exchange / exchange of money, but all other requests and questions confuse them. As a rule, they try to limit communication with you with the words I do not know and sorry.
- There is no soundproofing, neighbors snoring is heard well.
- When extending the room for a few hours due to a late flight, we were settled in a tiny room without air conditioning. At the same time, it costs 1.5 times more than a regular room, if you count by the hour. Although such a room is perhaps a matter of luck.
At a price comparable to the chain fours Iberostar and Princess, this hotel cannot be considered as a worthy option.
