We are used to planning our seasonal “big vacation” in advance, so as not to decide in a hurry, grabbing what is left, but to choose in advance a place and a hotel that suits us to the fullest. We studied the hotels of Rhodes and chose Alila according to the principles: new, luxurious plus a gorgeous sea view.
On the way from the airport, we looked at other hotels through the windows and already understood that we had made the right decision. Maybe we were driving along some special road, backyards, but we didn’t meet anything like our hotel. Snow-white, radiant, inviting to rest by its very appearance. And we haven't yet gone up to our floor (we had the sixth one) and haven't looked out the window. That's what I call a stunning view. But my husband personally would not be upset at all, because among the a la carte there was a burger with American cuisine - what else does a man need to be happy? )
Another of the advantages is the close location to the main attractions of the island, the Old Town and Lindos, a pleasant beach with small pebbles, the cleanest sea, sunbeds (wooden) are always in sufficient quantity, the hotel staff is determined to make our vacation a success - as if they even worked on ahead of our desires.
We rested on Rhodes not for the first time, we know its main attractions almost like our own, St. Petersburg, but each time we stayed in different hotels (there were three times). We would return to Alila again (and maybe more than once! ), With great pleasure.
