Accommodation: the hotel is located 1.5-2 hours drive from the airport, the hotel is new, built in 2012, however, the doors in the rooms are already creaking terribly, the toilet seat in the bathroom moves to the side (and this is a widespread problem of the hotel, after talking with other guests, they revealed the same), towel holders fall off and faucets creak. There is nothing on the balcony to dry beach towels and accessories, so you have to hang your linen on the railings and chairs. There are no locks in all public toilets in the hotel, so it is impossible to lock yourself in the toilet and you have to “hold the defense” by holding the door. The room has a safe with an electronic lock and a key at the same time, there are no batteries in it, I asked to insert batteries, instead they gave me a key that I had to carry with me all the time, apparently batteries are an unaffordable luxury for a hotel.
Nutrition: food quality is generally normal, food is moderately monotonous, repeated from week to week. The quality of vegetables, however, is terrible, in salads and individually. Vegetables are unripe, stale and smelly. By the end of the meal time, individual dishes are finished. The quality of fruit leaves much to be desired. Peaches are always with barrels, melon is green. To take fruit you need to take care in advance. By the second half of lunch, they may no longer have dinner. If you miss lunch or dinner, you can order food to go (lunch box). For some reason, you need to do this at the reception until 20.00 the previous day. It is not clear why they do it so early, especially considering what they make it from. A small apple, a tiny piece of cake, 0.5 liters of water, and 2 tasteless sandwiches, with slices of sausage and cheese 1 mm thick. Cocktails in the bar are tasteless and expensive, 8-9 euros for a cocktail of vodka with a yellow liquid like orange, or yuppies.
Beach: The hotel is located on the third line from the sea, and therefore you need to go to the beach by minivan for 7 people, where 10 people are packed, and which runs on average once every half an hour according to a schedule, sometimes without a schedule. The last time he leaves the beach is at 18.45. In the morning and in the evening, a line is built up to him, many people climb out of line and you don’t have to leave right away, you have to wait for his return. Drive 5-7 minutes, walk more than half an hour. The beach is small but generally ok, sunbeds are included in the price but they are old and ragged. Umbrellas are small, so if you want to lie in the shade, you will have to move your sunbed every 15 minutes to keep up with the shade from the umbrella.

Service: In general, the attitude of the staff to the guests is no. Apparently, the staff does not quite understand what service is and how it should be in a 4 * hotel. WIFI is buggy, throwing you out of the Internet, it is impossible to use it fully. And it works only next to the reception. It is not in the room. As you use the soap and shampoos in the room are not replenished, so when they run out, you have to ask at the reception, the maids do not bother to follow this. Room cleaning for 3 points. There are cups and cutlery in the room, but the maids do not bother washing them, you have to do it yourself. In those rooms where there was no safe immediately upon check-in, after they were asked at the reception to wait for several days, our friends did not bring a safe for a week. We didn’t have a sign in our room that was hung on the door “do not disturb”, we asked for it several times and never waited, in the end we were given our friends who left their room before us. When we checked in, there was only one sheet on the bed to cover. We asked for a second one, they gave it, but the next day, when cleaning, the maids took it away again, we had to ask again and so on several times. The hotel has only one Russian channel, as opposed to a bunch of English-French-German channels. There are no complaints about the reception staff, unlike the dining room staff. The staff does not work very efficiently, and often does not have time to change finished dishes on time and set tables for all visitors on time. There were four of us and we sat down at a large round table for 7 aside, and the evening shift waitress Maria rudely demanded that we release him, because. this is a table for large companies and it had to be booked in advance (which, naturally, is not said or written anywhere). At the same time, there were no large companies, and there were plenty of free tables around. We really wanted to sit at this table, because. he stands on the sidelines and there is quieter and calmer. Therefore, we proposed, as a last resort, to seat someone with us, which she immediately did out of spite, placing two Italians with us, while the tables around were empty. And so it was not just once. When one day we decided to take cheese on a saucer to our room with us, the waitress demanded to return this saucer, and, despite our assurances that we would return it and that we did not need it, she made us transfer the cheese to a napkin. Immediately after that, Tatyana, a Russian-speaking employee of the hotel, approached us and reprimanded us in front of the other guests, saying that nothing could be taken from the dining room. And that, it turns out, we do this all the time, although in reality it was the first time.
The guest book next to the reception is full of negative reviews, although, apparently, no one from the hotel management reads it and does not draw conclusions.
