He reacted to our questions and claims, as well as other Russian tourists, inadequately: violently, noisily, hysterically, refused to answer, did not say hello and even ignored the greeting if it was not pronounced in Greek. He yelled at a little Russian girl, for allegedly making noise at the reception and interfering with him. In 15 years of traveling around different countries, for the first time we met such an evil hotel manager. We observed how some Russian tourists could hardly restrain themselves so that communication with this gentleman would not turn into a fight. Many, after talking with him, did not go through the reception at all for the rest of the rest, so as not to meet with the manager, not to spoil their mood. Observed more than once: if a Russian tourist arrives at the hotel, they give him a key and wave his hand in an indefinite direction. A tourist is perplexedly walking with a suitcase around the hotel in search of his room. An Italian, a German, an Englishman is traditionally taken to the room, they will conduct an introductory tour of the hotel, they will tell, show, explain... Although it should be noted that there are nice, friendly people among the hotel employees, but the Manager clearly sets the general tone of communication.
The representative of the host party "Natalie Tours" - Elena Kolosova, answered our claims, and the claims of other tourists, that she was not responsible for the lack of the declared services in the hotel and poor quality service. The representative did not help us in solving any of the problems that arose.
The apartments with a kitchen have the necessary utensils, a kettle, a coffee maker, a cutting board, no knife... Take a rope with clothespins, it will come in handy for drying clothes.
Our apartment was on the first floor, opposite the pool. According to the information provided about the hotel on the official website of the company "Natalie Tours" "http://www. natalie-tours. ru/guide/1293/11/10414/44667/, air conditioning at the Maravel Sky Hotel" is free from 15.06 - 10.09 ". It is not true. From us, as well as from our neighbors, they demanded 70 euros for turning on the air conditioner for 14 days. They didn't pay, they slept with the windows open. Noisy. Children splash in the pool until night, drunken adults flounder screaming in the “paddling pool” until the morning, the track is noisy in the early morning, leaving tourists rattle the wheels of their suitcases along the path, move the cleaning lady’s sunbeds... After a week, they got used to it.
Not enough entertainment for young people. We went to the "White Lady" there it is fun, they dance sirtaki. To the right of the hotel, 2 km from the Iguana club - my daughter liked it. Dancing at the hotel on Thursdays.
In addition to the absence of the air conditioner promised to us, the TV did not work in our room, our friends did not have a refrigerator. Our non-working TV, too, no one began to repair. After our insistent demands, the hotel workers moved the broken TV from our room (807) to the next one (806), from where they took the working TV and put it to us. So our neighbors lost their TV for the entire period of their stay.
Ants lived in our room, and the neighbors had large red cockroaches. On the first day, we turned to the reception with a request to give us a stain. They ignored our complaint for five days. Only on the sixth day of our stay, a pretty girl from the reception went to the store herself, bought poison for insects.
Five days before departure, we suddenly stopped putting soap and toilet paper. For explanations, we turned to the reception. The answer of the lady from the reception really surprised us. We were told that we weren't supposed to have any paper or soap at all. All this we must purchase ourselves in the store. Our neighbors reported that we were "lucky", they were provided with soap only once, on the day of arrival. A day later, they still gave paper, as many as three rolls, but the soap was “squeezed” until our departure. Linen and towels were changed after three days, the garbage was taken out, the floor was wiped. The cleaner threw the bulls out of the ashtray into the garden. Cleanliness in the garden is not their responsibility, but the gardener's. In general, if you do not pay attention to all these little things, then you can relax, low price, clean warm sea, deserted beach will smooth out the negative.

A vacation in Crete is just super, if not for this trouble. Food - Horrible, I have never eaten anything like this in my life (pasta with grated nuts and sugar, soup-chopped potatoes, pickles, carrots, onions, rice + FISH, tasteless potatoes, carrots, rice, pasta seasoned with Cretan herb and thanks to it is not very familiar to the taste, in my tasteless). The five of us rested, ate at neighboring restaurants. Breakfast - after 15 days we began to cackle.

There is no food, you really won’t leave hungry, but it’s also unlikely to enjoy food. There is no sweet at all, or rather it will be replaced by either melon or watermelon (

Like some kind of Moldovan or something like that... before the flight, he didn’t even bother to say what time they would pick me up, in the end, only after my second call to his mobile phone (the first polite call did not lead to any information) and heaps of mats I found out the time of departure.
To get to the beach you have to go through another hotel - Maravel Land, there is no other way. The entrance to the sea here is strewn with stones and after 15 meters there is a slab, the rise is somewhere up to the knee, and therefore when the waves are very dangerous to go swimming. you don’t see where the ascent begins and you can very concretely shake on the edge of the slab. Therefore, it is better to go to the left to the piers, where the entrance to the sea is sandy and you can not be afraid that you will come up. If you are traveling with children, I strongly advise against swimming here, it is better to walk a little.
In general, the hotel is below average, for 3 stars it pulls sooo weakly. But if you have regular excursions there and don’t stay too long there, then it’s quite suitable.
