We rested with our family at the Begeti Bay hotel. I liked it very much. The hotel is right on the shore, the beach is really rocky. . . but there is also a sandy one 100m away. The hotel is not for party-goers. But for those who are looking for peace and quiet. It was nice to hear the sound of the sea in the evening and not wild screams and a disco. The hotel is located in the village of Scaleta. To Rethymnon min. 20 by bus (for those who do not have a car) The trip costs 1.60 euros, which compared to the rest of Europe = not expensive!! ! It takes about 7 or 8 minutes to crawl to the stop. You can walk along the seashore. Nearby there is a supermarket with the first necessary trifle where you can buy bus tickets. The hotel is very cozy. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Happy in the morning, the owner of the hotel, Mr. Bagheti, picked tomatoes from the garden opposite (I watched smoking on the balcony every morning) and carried them to the kitchen. Stunned! The hotel is certainly not SUITE BUT everything you need for a relaxing holiday was. As for the animation, I will not say anything = I just do not know. We went to the sandy beach and spent all the time there. By the way!!! ! We saw a live octopus!! ! Charm!!!! !
