We chose the hotel online after reading the reviews. In general, I liked everything. The only unpleasant nuance was the settlement on the ground floor and there was a strong smell of dampness . . we had to ventilate the room for a long time, as they did not agree to provide us with an alternative option. The food was always varied and tasty. Juices and wine not great. . . Good coffee. The area is small but clean. Animation is not there unfortunately (hotel 3 stars). An important feature is the beach. He is rocky. And lots of sea urchins. Therefore, swimming shoes are a must. There is a normal beach about 150 meters towards "Creta Star". But after a couple of days of rest, we found a platform right next to it with a flat sandy bottom in the sea towards the cliff, where the depth is about 1.3 m and it’s nice to swim.
The Mouzenidis company offers various excursions there. We chose "the confluence of three seas and Balos Bay" (on a ship) - we did not regret it, it was super. Crete is wonderful, like the sea!
