Knowing that the side of the hotel overlooks the neighboring Axos hotel (a noisy cafe is open until the morning) and the road is very noisy, two weeks before the hotel administration was asked by letter for a quiet room.
We got to the hotel due to a delay in departure for an hour, at 12.30 at night, they immediately gave out the keys and the first shock, room 103 is one of the noisiest, under the windows of the Axos hotel!
On a request for relocation... refusal, everything is decided by the manager, it will be in the morning...
There is nowhere to go, tightly closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner (it is very hot in the room) and then the second surprise, the air conditioner does not work!
The beds were creaky and wobbly, the bathroom door handle was broken, the room was dirty!

We hardly waited for the morning, it was impossible to sleep in such heat, the manager came, told him about our problems (via Google translator) and heard the answer... we didn’t receive any letters about a quiet room, there were no other free rooms, we’ll fix the air conditioner, the bed and the door !
They went to the sea, slept on the beach, returned and found the picture: the room is being renovated with might and main. As a result: the beds and doors were slightly repaired, the air conditioner is beyond repair!
There are no other rooms (according to the manager).
We decided to write to the tour operator, demanding the replacement of the hotel!
Only after the Join up reaction, the manager announced that one room would be free the next day (despite the fact that there were 7 new settlements that day) and offered to spend the night in the manager’s room (his own), many would agree to such an offer? )
We asked for a fan and decided to stay in the room one more night.
After two nights in appalling conditions, we were moved to promo room 55, the closest to the road and the garbage can, but with working air conditioning, normal beds and much quieter! (this is the other side of the hotel, if you look at the entrance, on the left)
More about the minuses, there was never a cleaning!
HB food, breakfast the same every day, good coffee, tolerable. . .
Dinners every other time, a lot of dishes, but mostly dry salads and side dishes... a lot of peas, it is in almost everything! It was better not to take dinner, in taverns you can have a good dinner for 6-10 euros, much tastier.
The pool is wonderful, the sea stormed four out of seven days!
They did not even hear an apology from the hotel manager for spoiling two days of rest, to a request for a late check-out as compensation (departure 21.30)... refusal, only for money! Check-out from the room 11.00.
I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday!
