It stands on a hill, thanks to which a gorgeous landscape opens from the windows of the apartments. We rested with my husband and children in Anthos Apartments 3 *. Getting far. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. It stands on a hill, thanks to which a gorgeous landscape opens from the windows of the apartments. We had 2 rooms in the room: a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, where there was also an electric stove. So you could cook for yourself. But on vacation I want to relax. There, very close to the village of Plakias, there are a lot of taverns for every taste. We liked a couple, so we always went there. It was possible to take accommodation and meals - in this case, for breakfast and dinner, one would have to go to a nearby hotel. But we did not want to become attached to anything, so we took it without food. Room cleaning every day.
The sea is beautiful, clean, there are few people on the beach (it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach), but sometimes a very strong wind blew. Russians are very rare. Here mostly Germans, British, Czechs rest. The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. Our impressions were such that we went somewhere to relatives, where everyone knows each other and where everyone has a good relationship. Perhaps this is how the rest should be, we rested our souls)
The hotel has 2 swimming pools: adult and children. The hotel is surrounded by a garden. Everything is clean, beautiful and a lot of greenery and flowers.
Honestly, I don’t even remember a single minus like that, we knew where we were going and what to expect. Quite a great place for its stardom, for its price. Good quality!

We flew without problems to Heraklion, but then we started problems due to Mouzenidis Travel. On the eve of departure (at 19.00) I was given a voucher for apartments and a ticket that says that we do not have a transfer.

I tried to call Mouzenidis Travel, but no one answered there. It is worth noting,
that I paid for the tour at the beginning of March, and it was indicated there that the tour includes accommodation
in apartments, insurance and transfer. I had to pay 40 euros for the bus,
who drove to Rethymnon, and then another 70 for a taxi to the village of Plakias. (Back
we also traveled at our own expense, ordered a taxi to the airport (cost 100 euros). Fraud
turned out to be 210 euros. In general, we didn’t like it on the south coast, very much
a strong wind that blew 10 days out of 14, and 5 days in general the wind was of uranium strength,
it is impossible to enter the sea, we went to Rethymno to swim (about
40 minutes) and the sea is much colder than in Rethymnon. On the Russian South Coast
practically not, in 14 days they heard Russian speech twice, mostly they rest there
Germans, Czechs, Belgians, British.
Anthsos apartments are good, we had two
room, e. stove, refrigerator. Cleaned up every day. The room was on the first floor opposite the pool, which is very convenient. We ate mostly on our own, shops are not far away. There are enough taverns and restaurants in Plakias.
We went on an excursion to
Samaria Gorge, 16 kilometers on foot over stones (at first 2-3 kilometers dangerous
descent) with short stops at a watering place. Entered the gorge at 9 left
(crawled out) at 16.30. So think and decide for yourself whether to go or not to go. But in general
Greece is a cool country (if you choose the right travel agency)
