The balcony in the triple room is angular, large (15 steps), on the balcony there is a table and three chairs, a clothesline. The room has a kitchenette, but no frying pans. There is a kettle, dishes, stove, saucepan, cezve. Water pressure is good, hot water flows for a long time.
Cleaning and change of towels every 4 days. But thanks to my partial knowledge of the language, we were cleaned and towels were replaced on the 3rd day. ))
Usually it's like. . . If you don't know how to ask, then you don't make a request/question. If you speak the language well, you get the answer "cleaning on the 4th day" and calmly leave. And when you come with the question "when is your cleaning according to the plan and can we change towels? " ))
You can borrow a hair dryer and other necessities from the owner Anna, who is downstairs all day in the store. We turned to Anna with various requests, all were satisfied. They even extended our stay for free due to a late flight (in general, this is a paid service, but she said it was a "present"). By the way, dad went to negotiate, who, in general, except for Russian, is not in the tooth with his foot, but has sociability and is fluent in sign language)) He really believes that our preliminary acquaintance with Anna and my attempts to communicate in Greek helped in this.
In the store you can buy everything you need. In front of the hotel there is an awning and a table with benches. Bicycles are worth (apparently you can rent). In a nearby hotel you can have breakfast, there are also some show programs. To the sea 5 minutes walk, to the center of the village 10-15. There are algae in the sea, but you can walk around or step over them, then the water is clean, transparent, shallow for a long time.
The village itself is modest, but everything you need is there (taverns, cafes, shops, children's entertainment on the water). Sun loungers and umbrellas are usually free with the purchase of drinks. There is a church in the village. Tour desk (not sure about the language of the guides).
But there are no car rentals, you can use a rental from Katerini (you can get a price list from a tour operator or at a hotel, they will also help you call an employee). The tour was taken from Mouzenidis with a Russian guide. All liked it.
