Paralia resort, Yakinthos apartments, this is just what we needed, the resort itself is very dynamic, crowded, many shops, taverns, cafes, souvenir shops, an excellent beach with a convenient entrance to the sea, about an hour drive from Thessaloniki airport, just class .
The Yakinthos hotel itself was liked for its hospitality and convenient location. The room is clean, tidy, spacious enough, the hotel has an elevator. The hotel also recently opened a swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise.
From the food we took only breakfast, breakfast buffet, the range is normal, you can always have a good hearty breakfast. When we went on excursions, in the evening we took breakfast with us, in the restaurant they gave us a lunch box.
It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the resort center, you can walk along the sea, or you can take a shortcut through other hotels, 5 minutes to the sea directly from the hotel. The beach is clean, sand, the sea is just super, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
Every Friday, the hotel hosts a traditional Greek evening with dinner and a music show, tickets must be booked in advance with your guide, even tourists from other hotels are brought by bus, there are a lot of people, fun!
Regarding excursions, we prepared in advance, studied the routes and already knew roughly where we wanted to go, opted, of course, for Meteora, it was our old dream! Also, we could not ignore the northern capital of Greece - Thessaloniki. And we wanted a third excursion by sea and chose a yacht trip along the coast. The guides on the programs were real professionals, Dimitris and Marianna were very memorable, thank you very much for such a love for Greece and for our emotions and memories from trips!
I didn’t want to leave, it seems to me that we will spend our next vacation in our already native Greece!
