When we checked into room 712, we immediately noticed traces of breaking the balcony door. Our room was on the first floor in the farthest bungalow 30 meters from the beach. In the first week of our vacation, 2 beach towels were stolen from our balcony, which we took on bail at the reception for 5 EUR. When we reported this to the administrator, we were immediately given new towels without surprise and delay.
The following week, we lost two bath towels from the room set. The whole day the administration assured us that our bungalow was visible in the surveillance cameras and everything was being recorded. In the evening, we realized that this was another lie, and insisted on viewing the camera. Of course, there was no recording and we were shown only a few hazy views from the cameras at the bar and the beach.
After returning to Minsk, we wrote a letter to Mouzenidis Travel demanding compensation for the damage caused and received an answer that there was no liability of the tour operator and they did not see legal grounds for payments.
Unfortunately, the stolen computer contained work data and photos from our vacations, which can no longer be recovered. Vacation experience was completely ruined.

But they complained very much that the hotel did not have a program and they were not provided with applied materials, so there was nothing to occupy the children with, except for their own enthusiasm.
