In July, my husband and I were vacationing in Greece. I wanted to see the country, so we chose not the islands, but the mainland, the resort of Paralia Katerinis. The Anais Hotel, where we stayed, is located on the outskirts of the resort, not far from the village of Karinos. The very location of the hotel suggests silence and a measured family vacation. away from noisy youth discos. Of course, if you wish, you can also attend parties by walking along the promenade, or going to Paralia (the center of the resort). The bus stops at the hotel, runs from 17.30 to 23.00 (ticket price 1.5 euros, ride 15 minutes). The first impression upon arrival at the hotel was the charm of the sea, which was literally a stone's throw away. The beach is a hundred meters from the hotel, fine sand. Sunbeds cost 2 euros, and lie at least the whole day. We had meals for breakfast and dinner, we chose dishes at will and in any quantity, the food was varied and tasty. The staff at the hotel is friendly, like all Greeks in general. Many speak English. Russian is practically unknown. In general, I really liked the hotel, I advise everyone who wants a quiet, relaxing holiday on the sandy coast.
