Review of the trip Trident of Poseidon
Hello everyone! Again I want to write how we had a family vacation in Halkidiki. We were very impressed by the beauty of the water in the Aegean Sea. And I have already described how we traveled on a yacht. We have never seen such a clean sea. Therefore, we decided to go on another cruise, this time with a tour called the Trident of Poseidon. Our hotel guide at the info meeting very colorfully and vividly told and illustratively showed the route, as well as the places where we will stay and what we will see there. At 9:00 we were picked up directly from the hotel by a transfer to the port of Paliouri, which is located on the Kassandra peninsula, a 30-minute drive away. There we boarded a glass bottom ship. At the beginning of our route, the guide who accompanied us told us about our route and warned that on Toroni beach you should swim in the place recommended by him, as there may be hedgehogs in the stones that are located to the right of the main beach, which confirmed the concern for tourists and the level security. Also, on the way to Toroni, the captain of the ship pleasantly pleased us with a lunch with suzikaki cutlets and rice. And now, after 2 hours, we were on this incredibly beautiful beach, with pure sand and clear water. After Toroni, our next stop for 1.5 hours was Neos Marmaras. This port town has very tasty seafood. On the way back, our other stop was a place in the open sea, near Turtle Island (the island looks like a big turtle), which we called the blue lagoon. The water here is so bright blue that we dived into it several times. Our stop lasted 30 minutes, after which we went to the port. In Paliouri, we were transferred to the hotel. I cannot fail to mention the coherence and organization of the entire process of the excursion as a whole. We did not feel discomfort anywhere and were completely confident in our safety, which is important for us, since we had children with us.
