I got the impression that this is a former 5 * hotel, and now it saves a lot on everything. I don’t know what kind of service in hotels on the islands, I haven’t been, but if you think about excursions, then 2 weeks in this hotel is a lot, 10 days are enough. Since it’s expensive.
