We rested in the Three Stars in Cyprus and the rooms were three times better. But the day ended on a final note: When we asked for a baby bath, they brought us a basin the size of a square sink in our hotel room. The end of the story. At the end of our stay at the hotel, we began to demand a certificate or any letter saying that we lived 4 days in a lower category room for subsequent compensation. Valeria - the guide of the specified hotel, fed us breakfast until the penultimate day (the last day of departure from the hotel at 07 am, Valeria will not be there yet). When the paper was ready, I thanked the teachers at the school for basic English!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! The text contained information about . on . . we lived in a lower category room, but further in the text it was stated that we were offered compensation, listing everything, but the last two lines sounded like this: this agreement between the hotel and the vacationer says that the vacationer has no complaints about the quality of the hotel and tour operator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! I say, I have a claim, change these lines or delete them, Valeria showed herself from the worst side here, standing on the side of the hotel and convincing me that they won’t change anything, that if I don’t sign this and they won’t sign another I don't get help. After long disputes (I won’t retell their details), in the place of my signature I wrote in English that I disagree with the information presented and signed, after which I handed it to the girls at the reception so that they would sign in their room where they should be the signature, to which they began to refuse to sign, Valeria willingly translated their refusal to me, with the words that she explained to me such an outcome. As a result, these two copies, with my disagreement, were signed by the hotel administrator, but when I asked Valeria to put her signature in the Witness column - a witness - she said that she would not sign, that she was a representative of Le Grant, and not the Labyrinth, and was not authorized to sign papers issued by the hotel. What is really good in the hotel is the food (although the promised baby food is at level 3), and I want to pay tribute to the guys from the SALYUT CLUB! Children with them - HOLIDAY. They give their best, at 09 am they are already inviting them to some children's event at the dining room, all day 6 people from this club conduct various and interesting programs for children and adults, music competitions. For which many thanks to them, with their work they raised the rating of the hotel in the "Entertainment" section by 5 points. In general, children who do not understand the points described above are really very good there. Dear fellow citizens, think before linking your vacation with this hotel and the company Labyrinth-Le Grand!!!!!! ! At the moment, I am making a claim to the travel company for compensation for the downgraded room category and will also think about a lawsuit for moral damages.

As for the Kamaras - we met them in Tunisia and Spain and Turkey - and in respectable hotels. But I think that this is not a problem - now there are many means of combating these insects.

And then I came somehow already before closing - I had to wait until after they had eaten the old tablecloth would be replaced, the appliances would be changed - although the waiters quickly do this. And in the evening we were waiting for performances, games, a disco. Both children's and adult games are equally interesting. And the Salutov guys are preparing for them when everyone has already gone to bed, working like bees. Big big hello to them. It's fun to watch how the children, seeing someone from Salyut, rush in a flock to say hello in a friendly way and play at the same time. This is during lunch or dinner breaks.
