All communication takes place through the guide, who also turns to Us and says that they do not have rooms, explains something for a long time that someone bought our rooms, in general, brings any blizzard that should not interest us at all. As a result, sitting at the reception, scandal, crying of a one-year-old child from fatigue in no way interests anyone (sit at least all 13 days and nights) we are provided with a standard. According to the guide, until Saturday (that is, 4 days of paid Family Room), Standard is a separate conversation. This hotel has different standards. Where we were settled is a basement (below ground level) rectangular room, where there is one small window, a room resting against a place for washing, from where there is a door, a poorly closing and not locking shower and toilet, in which there is a constant rotten smell of sewerage, a drain in the floor from - For this sealed with tape. I write without exaggeration. there are photos of all this nightmare.
Since in order to come on this trip in Moscow, I had to get up at 01 am, I had no strength to go to war again at 18:00. In the indicated room, a husband, wife, child of 1 year old spent the night on the same bed and in a cot attached to her, the wife's mother (mother-in-law) This room corresponds to 2 stars of the hotel. We rested in the Three Stars in Cyprus and the rooms were three times better. But the day ended on a final note: When we asked for a baby bath, they brought us a basin the size of a square sink in our hotel room. Patience came to an end, I wanted to move this basin in my head to the one who brought it, with a mat, he was returned to the reception. Apparently the Russian mat is more understandable for the Greeks, since when we were already sleeping at 01 am, they brought some kind of bath and apologized.
The next day, we went to demand relocation from this (as Scot Room was told) sorry for my English and we were granted what they call it as EXTENDED standard. In my opinion, this is the usual standard in which an extra bed for an adult. This room meets the standard (but no more) of a 3-4 star hotel, depending on further service. There are NO bathtubs inside the rooms as it is written in the description of the hotel NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Everywhere shower. Although there are Family Room 2 bedroom rooms, Russian vacationers who paid for the specified room also lived in the standard and did not manage to see this "beauty". Maybe there is a bathroom. The room is good, two rooms (as well as we paid for) it is located above the Italian restaurant in the central part of the hotel, but when evening came we realized that, again, Family room Family room is different. The hood of the restaurant is buzzing so that the walls are shaking, and since in the evening the gatherings are in full swing, until 23-23.30 you will be given the sounds of dishes, baking sheets, faces - mostly Italians eating pizza and the most unpleasant thing is the warm floor all night, because under room number 2 of our room where we slept was the kitchen. It was very stuffy, there was air conditioning, but it worked when the balcony door of room No. 1 was closed, where it was cooler and you could sleep at night with the balcony open. Silence came just after turning off the hood, but exactly at 00 hours 00 minutes.
The rooms in the hotel (I saw three of them), old, shabby, the doors are creaky so that if you go to the toilet at night, then while you open and close the doors, you will wake everyone up, there is no locking device in the toilet - it’s a shower room at all (good for a family) Completion story. At the end of our stay at the hotel, we began to demand a certificate or any letter saying that we lived 4 days in a lower category room for subsequent compensation. Valeria - the guide of the specified hotel, fed us breakfast until the penultimate day (the last day of departure from the hotel at 07 am, Valeria will not be there yet). we lived in a lower category room, but further in the text it was stated that we were offered compensation, listing everything, but the last two lines sounded like this: this agreement between the hotel and the vacationer says that the vacationer has no complaints about the quality of the hotel and tour operator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! I say, I have a claim, change these lines or delete them, Valeria showed herself from the worst side here, standing on the side of the hotel and convincing me that they won’t change anything, that if I don’t sign this and they won’t sign another I won't get help.
After long disputes (I won’t retell their details), in the place of my signature I wrote in English that I disagree with the information presented and signed, after which I handed it to the girls at the reception so that they would sign in their little room in the places where they should be the signature, to which they began to refuse to sign, Valeria willingly translated their refusal to me, with the words that she explained to me such an outcome. As a result, these two copies, with my disagreement, were signed by the hotel administrator, but when I asked Valeria to put her signature in the Witness column - a witness - she said that she would not sign, that she was a representative of Le Grant, and not the Labyrinth, and was not authorized to sign papers issued by the hotel. Dear fellow citizens, think well before associating your holiday with this hotel and the company Labyrinth-Le Grand!!!!!! !
