Stayed for the 2nd time and plan to in the future.
The hotel is managed by the owner himself, because of this, at the reception they are willing to meet halfway in everyday matters (early check-in - when there are rooms, an iron, suggest something) - they are very hospitable.
An excellent beach nearby - a bay, with a view, pebbles (sunbeds for 3 euros).
Excellent restaurant overlooking the sea and the cape - average prices, large portions, excellent service (salads - 7+, mussels - 10, grilled octopus - 14 euros)

Excellent location - near the resort street with everything you need (taverns, bars, shops, car rental, excursions) at the end of the bus stop street - for example, together you can get to Paleokastritsa for 3.60 euros and 20 minutes, there is a road to the capital of the island ( 6km) and to all key attractions. (we didn't take the car - we used buses and taxis).
I got by with a handful of English words and a couple of Greek (hello, thank you), but one of the girls at the reception speaks some Russian too.
The contingent - the Dutch, French, Italians, Russians, Germans - a little bit of everyone, mostly older people, everything is quiet and cultured.
I advise those who want to see the island and feel its specifics, eat in taverns.
