1. in the room for two days they did not change the towels and did not clean
2. They didn't even bother to throw out the trash after the previous tenants!!!
3. the air conditioner did not work, the phone! ! reporting this to the reception led nowhere... no one was going to fix anything
4. pipes were flowing in the bathroom, the floor was constantly in the water... (I was told that this was a mistake of the builders and that it was like that for everyone, but I wiped the floor myself)
5. FOOD: this deserves special attention... There is nothing... more precisely, there is food, but in order to eat it you need to have time, because if you come to the middle of lunch (breakfast, dinner), then you will get what stuck to the walls salad bowls and pots. . .
