Rested at the Iliada Beach Hotel in September 2013. A great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea. Actually just what I was going for. It is not far from the airport, literally 5 minutes. A small two-story hotel, but cozy and the staff is pleasant and helpful. They got me in quickly. Despite the fact that the hotel has two floors, there is an elevator, so you didn't have to carry your bags up the stairs. The room is small, but cozy, single. The furniture, of course, is not new, but nothing critical was noticed). The mattresses were very comfortable - did not even expect. The bathroom is small, and of course again in the shower this notorious tray, from which water pours onto the floor! It seems to me that almost all economical hotels in Greece have such a system - you can't get anywhere! There is nothing superfluous in the room, only the essentials. Cleaning was done every day, after there was not a single speck of dust left. Towels and linen were changed every 3 days. The balcony in the room is huge, there are good partitions between neighboring balconies (neighbors are not visible and almost inaudible), there is a table and a couple of chairs. The windows face the sunny side, so it's a pleasure to wake up! Now about food, I only took breakfast (buffet), and I had lunch and dinner for money. When you dine for money, the choice of dishes is greater. I liked how the pork ribs were cooked, it is incredibly tasty. Try it! There were fish dishes on the menu, but their choice is boring. The hotel area is small but well maintained. The hotel does not have a pool, but it is not needed, because the beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The beach is clean, sandy, sometimes there are pebbles. The beach itself is located in a quiet cove, which also gives its advantages - there are no waves here. It is also possible to visit neighboring beaches. I liked Dassia beach, beautiful and clean. Excursions took only a survey of the island and went to the church of St. Spyridon. Feelings are incredible, and in itself it is beautiful. I advise everyone to visit her. So, in principle, I am satisfied with the rest. I can say about the hotel that, of course, you can find flaws and small jambs, but for the money that it costs, I think it is a very worthy option!
