Shop tour to Kastoria
Hello everybody. I think my story will be useful to many girls.
I wanted to buy a mink coat for a long time. I collected money, my friends gave me a lot of practical advice and went shopping. Searched for a long time, but "it's not right. " When I finally found it and bought it (well, at least in a store and with a guarantee), the next day at home I realized how she was climbing. Of course, there were a lot of tears, and with a scandal in the store, I returned it and got the money back. She complained to her older sister, and she said that she bought a fur coat in Greece when she went to visit a friend, and has been wearing it for 6 years and is happy. The only pity is that her friend from Kastoria moved to Crete, otherwise I would have stayed with her. I decided to go to Greece, but I looked on the Internet for a flight + hotel + there from the airport you need to get from Thessaloniki to Kastoria, and not so close... It turned out that the fur coat would come out golden. I certainly didn't count on it. I looked for reviews of other girls and in some of them I read about shopping tours for 1 euro with the obligation to buy a fur coat for a certain amount (the amount did not bother me, because I planned to spend half as much on a fur coat).
I went directly to the Mouzenidis office and decided to take a chance (especially at that moment I heard how the woman at the next table from another girl was also booking this shop tour). So we met and decided to go together.
I won’t torment you for a long time, I bought a fur coat! And although she has only recently returned home, that woman is also satisfied with the purchase. By the way, in addition to buying a fur coat, there were many other pleasant moments. For example, the fact that we took a tour for a week with accommodation in Thessaloniki after Kastoria, because both of them had not been there before. And it turned out that winter discounts are now in Greece !! ! So, in addition to the fur coat, I bought a few more things (and there are a lot of shops and mass markets like Zara and Mango, and luxury brands, up to Louis Vuitton, and local Greek-made stores, which I went through for the sake of interest, but found soft leather boots for ridiculous money) .
But of course I must say about how I chose a fur coat. I envy those people who immediately found what they wanted. Our group was small and we went by sprinter, which I was glad about, because I was worried that if a whole bus of women entered the factory, it would take a lot of time to wait for someone. In addition, our accompanying Larisa kept order, helped to choose and told how to choose and which factory is famous for its fur coats. My new friend from the tour bought a fur coat at the second factory, and I already at the sixth. To be honest, I liked a lot of fur coats, but there was no direct delight, and how happy I was when I finally found what I was looking for! In fact, there were no special requests, just black mink under the knee and with a hood. Classic. There are such at every factory, but apparently they are sewn according to different patterns. Therefore, measure at each factory. After all, maybe in one factory a fur coat will not sit on you, but in another almost the same one will sit perfectly. By the way, I have a fur coat from the Papandopoulos factory and it cost 1800 euros. Bargain, they sell well, probably because they produce right here and the owners of the factories, who came to us almost everywhere, are most interested that you bought something. In general, they are very hospitably received in factories, with coffee, sweets and Greek alcohol : )
By the way, upon arrival we had a sightseeing tour of Thessaloniki, and a Greek evening in Kastoria. If it matters to anyone, we lived in Kastoria at the Limneon Hotel, and in Thessaloniki at Makedonia Palace, which is located on the waterfront itself. I liked both hotels: rooms, service, location and especially food.
I hope that I will not be disappointed in my purchase after a while. Still, you need to take the time to buy such things, because I’m not going to wear a year or two, but God forbid for ten years. Of course, you need to set aside time and go, but some came only for three nights, besides, I’m sure that at home you can drive through different fur coat shops from one end of the city to the other, it will take more than one weekend, but here in factories and there is more choice in times, and you can see how they sew, and you can immediately finish or redo something.
