We rested with a friend, I didn’t like the hotel, the room was not cleaned well, the towels were old and washed out, the shower room had old plumbing, on the third day the tap broke in the sink, it was impossible to turn it off, water was pouring, my friend, as best she could, tried to stop her, whileI ran for help, as a result, the faucet was replaced with a new one, our misadventures did not end there - the watering can fell off the hose, was replaced with a prehistoric plastic one, then the TV remote control stopped working, went with it to the reception, replaced the batteries in it, I didn’tI’m talking about the little things, I ran out of toilet paper, liquid soap in the dispenser. Separately, about the food - tasteless, monotonous - for breakfast an omelette, an egg, constant, set on edge, cheese pies and disgusting sausages, Greek yogurt of an incomprehensible taste and texture, for dinner the food is spicy and often oversalted, however, 2 times in 14 days it was deliciouslamb and a couple of times beef with vegetables. In general, there was an impression that the cheapest products are purchased. I also want to note, especially at dinner, there were queues for food, there were not enough tables, as well as cutlery, the service staff had to ask to bring cutlery or remove dirty dishes from the table. Friendly girls work at the reception, I really want to mention Ekaterina, she will always help solve the problem, she will explain everything and advise. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel at all. I also want to separately note the well-coordinated and well-organized work of the Mozenidis company, this also applies to excursions and transfers. I would also like to separately mention the wonderful guide Aris for a wonderful excursion to Meteora. And in the end, I want to note, as I understand, this hotel is not Mozenidis, she rents it for the holiday period, but the company is really rich and solid and it is in its power to make sure that this hotel has only positive reviews
