Quite a nice cozy hotel. It is located in the small village of Chanioti on Kassandra of the Chalkidiki peninsula. We spent a week there in September. We love this time, there is no sweltering heat, the water is still warm, although it is fresh in the evenings, the most for evening walks. Well, now about the hotel.

1) The hotel is small, a small cozy area with a swimming pool, for children there is a section in the pool. But to be honest, the hotel is hardly suitable for families with children, although they rested. There is a bar by the pool, you can take soft drinks, local alcohol, coffee until 22:00.
2) It is clean both on the territory and in the hotel itself and in the rooms. The room was cleaned every day, quite well, bed linen was changed 2 times during the stay. Were satisfied with the service, well, and tip, as always, in principle, left.
3) We had a double room, small, but in principle there is where to turn around. Furniture in good condition: wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables at the edges, mirror. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV all worked properly. The bathroom has a shower in the form of a tray and curtains, a sink, a toilet. There is a table with chairs on the balcony for seating. There is a clothes dryer. There is also a hair dryer, I'm just not a fan of hotel hair dryers, so I always bring my own.
4) Food, as for me, is quite normal for 3 stars. In the morning there are cereals, breakfast cereals, cheese, sausage, pastries, yogurt, eggs. For lunch and dinner, soup, several types of salads, meat dishes, fish, side dishes, pasta, fresh vegetables, fruits and sweets. The food is fresh, served hot, the buffet is replenished on time. The waiters are very attentive and work hard. Well, it is best to try delicious seafood or traditional Greek cuisine in the taverns of Chanioti, where the hotel is located.
5) A fairly developed village, there are places to go: many different cafes, bars, taverns, as well as shops, shops with souvenirs and icons, etc. Conveniently located, from the airport on a group bus arrived in about an hour with a little, acceptable.
6) The sea is also close to 5 minutes. The beach is municipal, sand and pebble, quite clean, the sea is calm here, there are small waves. Sunbeds with an umbrella are provided for a purchased drink in the region of 5 euros. Along the embankment on the right side there are beach bars, choose any.
We recommend the hotel, good service, food is quite varied, and the hotel itself is cozy and clean.

We rested in the first half of September in Halkidkiah. Rest was awesome. The weather did not let us down, it was warm, even hot during the day, in the evening a slight coolness was super. The sea water is warm. We spent our 10-day vacation at the Olympic Kosmas Hotel. The hotel met all expectations. The price matches the quality.

The hotel met all expectations. The price matches the quality. Now in more detail.
Location
Located in the village of Hanioti, on the first peninsula of Halkidiki Kassandra. From the airport we arrived in an hour and a half, in principle, not far. The bus is comfortable, the roads are good, the Internet was in the bus. The center and the entire infrastructure of the village is literally 10 minutes from the hotel. In the center there are many different cafes, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, taverns, pharmacies, shops, souvenir shops. I really liked the Yasemi tavern, there were 2 times, delicious seafood is cooked there. Good service. I recommend. There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can go to Thessaloniki or the nearest villages, but we did not risk such a trip. In Thessaloniki, we took an excursion from the guide Mouzenidis Louise. Thank you, good organization, we received a lot of interesting information, our guide was Vasily.
Beach
City beach, 3 minutes from the hotel. Close. The entry into the sea is good gentle, the beach is sandy and pebbly, we did not see any living creatures. The sea is clean, warm and calm. Beach bars are located on the right side, a sunbed can be taken for a purchased drink (5 euros).
Check in was quick and we were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room is decent, enough space, bright. Good furniture, double bed, comfortable mattress, bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer.
There is a bar in the courtyard of the hotel, there is a small adult pool with a section for children. Clean the pool regularly, there is no strong smell of bleach. Very nice, the whole hotel is wrapped in ivy.
Nutrition
All inclusive, decent for a 3* hotel. Breakfast is usually cereal, porridge, milk, yogurt, fruit, honey, tea, coffee, juice. For lunch, be sure to have soup, several salads, side dishes, rice with vegetables, pasta, potatoes. For dinner, several meat dishes are usually served, sometimes fish, traditional Greek dishes (moussaka and pastitsio). Drinks can be taken at the bar, open from 10 to 22:00.
Internet is good at the reception. There is no animation in the hotel, only in the center of the entertainment village.
The staff at the hotel is good, very attentive, hospitable, make concessions. Thanks for the rest. I recommend the hotel, but I think this hotel is hardly suitable for families with children.

We rested with a friend, I didn’t like the hotel, the room was not cleaned well, the towels were old and washed out, the shower room had old plumbing, on the third day the tap broke in the sink, it was impossible to turn it off, water was pouring, my friend, as best she could, tried to stop her, whileI ran for help, as a result, the faucet was replaced with a new one, our misadventures did not end there - the watering can fell off the hose, was replaced with a prehistoric plastic one, then the TV remote control stopped working, went with it to the reception, replaced the batteries in it, I didn’tI’m talking about the little things, I ran out of toilet paper, liquid soap in the dispenser.

Separately, about the food - tasteless, monotonous - for breakfast an omelette, an egg, constant, set on edge, cheese pies and disgusting sausages, Greek yogurt of an incomprehensible taste and texture, for dinner the food is spicy and often oversalted, however, 2 times in 14 days it was deliciouslamb and a couple of times beef with vegetables. In general, there was an impression that the cheapest products are purchased. I also want to note, especially at dinner, there were queues for food, there were not enough tables, as well as cutlery, the service staff had to ask to bring cutlery or remove dirty dishes from the table. Friendly girls work at the reception, I really want to mention Ekaterina, she will always help solve the problem, she will explain everything and advise. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel at all. I also want to separately note the well-coordinated and well-organized work of the Mozenidis company, this also applies to excursions and transfers. I would also like to separately mention the wonderful guide Aris for a wonderful excursion to Meteora. And in the end, I want to note, as I understand, this hotel is not Mozenidis, she rents it for the holiday period, but the company is really rich and solid and it is in its power to make sure that this hotel has only positive reviews

Swimming pool with children's area, there is a shower, sunbeds and umbrellas for free. Next to the pool bar, the boys make delicious drinks. Restaurant with closed and open area. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is varied and delicious. For breakfast there are yoghurts, cereals, cereals, milk, coffee, tea. At lunches and dinners there were soups, pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, meat, fish, stewed vegetables. Everything is always fresh and tasty. We got a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the inside of the hotel, i. e. to the pool. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. In the room itself there was a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, that is, everything you need that should be in the room. The staff at the reception speak Russian. Wifi worked great. Best of all, it catches the net in the reception area and the veranda, in the restaurant and rooms it is a little worse.
Luizochka, a representative of our operator, is sitting at the reception, she is responsive and kind, you can always ask her for advice and a tour. Walk to the sea for about 5 minutes at a slow pace. You need to go straight to the sea all the time. There are different systems: there is a beach bar, there are city beaches, and there are unequipped ones, where you can sit without sunbeds and umbrellas and lie down on the hot sand. The sea is beautiful and clean. Waves are rare. The road to the village center leads to the left (15-20 minutes), which is located immediately behind the hotel. Chanioti has everything you need to relax: there are many taverns where you can spend a pleasant evening and taste Greek cuisine. Along the way there is a pharmacy, small shops with food, souvenirs. The very center of Chanioti is a small square where an amphitheater is located, inside of which there is a fountain with illumination. Of course, you can find fault with anything, but when the price and quality are well combined, then you just need to relax. It's very good, we will definitely be back!

We went to the room. Cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, good furniture. The equipment in the room works properly: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV. Internet catches well.
There is shower gel in the bathroom. The towels smell fresh. In general, the bathroom shines, it is clear that it is after renovation.
The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was in place. Linen changed after 2-3 days.
We were pleased that we went to the all inclusive. Doubt to take - do not take. The food at the hotel is amazing, we were delighted. Everything is freshly cooked and very tasty. Breaking out for pizza. The chef prepares it right in front of you, the flavors are amazing.
In the evenings the hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is no such territory, it is a courtyard with a pool, a bar works.
In general, the hotel left wonderful impressions and memories. Especially the kitchen : )

We liked the hotel. Usually I am skeptical about 3 star hotels, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be really good. All towels and linen without a single spot and holes. It looks like the bathroom has been recently renovated. Cleanliness is everywhere. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen is changed every 2-3 days.

The hotel turned out to be really good. All towels and linen without a single spot and holes. It looks like the bathroom has been recently renovated. Cleanliness is everywhere. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen is changed every 2-3 days. It seems that the service to the guests is approached very responsibly.
The hotel operates on an all inclusive basis, it is well thought out and organized. Delicious food, they served fresh pizza, gyros, pies, etc. The chef prepares them right in front of you. I was very impressed to see this in a trio!
Another nice thing is the silence. Usually in hotels where hundreds of tourists stay, it is very noisy in the evenings. And here everything is quiet. Nobody bothers you.
Wifi was right in the room. Communication is generally good, during peak hours, when everyone uses the Internet, it is a little slower than usual.
There is a small pool and sun loungers, the bar is open.
The hotel does not have its own parking. Therefore, they left the car on the street nearby. But we understood that in Hanioti this is a common thing in all hotels.
The village has cafes, taverns and shops. Municipal beach 5 minutes, nice, clean sandy beach. Sunbeds are paid.
We really liked the hotel. I was able to enjoy my vacation and have a good time. This hotel definitely deserves three stars.

More details about the hotel. We arrived in the morning, settled us surprisingly immediately, we didn’t even have to wait. The staff is friendly, attentive, we were met by the hotel guide Louise and the administration officer Katerina.
We were escorted to the room, showed how it was. Please note that the elevator in the hotel only works up to the 4th floor. We lived on the 3rd floor, number 310, so we climbed with our legs, since the hotel employee helped to drag the suitcases. Thank you, I didn't ask for your name.
The hotel is a small, cozy, comfortable room, very clean, the room was cleaned daily, the linen was changed twice during the rest. The room has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror. The bathroom is in the form of a shower, a little cramped. And the room itself is normal size. Air conditioning, TV (Russian channels, 1 and planet), internet worked well.
The territory is in the form of a small terrace with a swimming pool, an area for sun loungers, a bar is open until 22:00.
Despite the small territory, there are no crowds, it is cozy and green, the whole building is entwined with loach, very beautiful.
The beach is a 5-minute walk, the beach is urban, so sunbeds are paid, it costs 5 euros for the whole day (2 sunbeds and an umbrella).
Also near the center of the village of Chanioti, all the entertainment is there. Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. There is no animation in the hotel.
We were more than satisfied with the food, a varied buffet, especially during lunch and dinner, meat dishes, fish, seafood, side dishes, salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, various sweets. Everything is very tasty, we tried some of the traditional dishes, pasticio, moussaka, tzatziki sauce.
We liked the place, the village is small, cozy, there is where in the evening to walk, sit, relax. The hotel is good and inexpensive, the staff is hospitable.

And, of course, I was pleased with the Olympic kosmas hotel, full compliance with price and quality. Let me elaborate a little:
1. Cleanliness - cleaning the room every day, for the whole vacation there was no such thing that we go into the room, but it was not cleaned there, bedding and towels are changed every few days. The area is also clean, the pool is cleaned regularly.
2. Food - varied, tasty, fresh. There were meat dishes, fish, baked vegetables, fresh vegetables and fruits, a variety of salads, desserts and much more.
3. Bar - drinks for every taste: soda, juices, coffee, tea, wine, beer, etc.
4. Service - helpful staff who helped us with everything. Attentive and hospitable.
5. The welcoming side of Mouzenidis - there are simply no words, you rarely meet such prompt, polite, unobtrusive representatives. As soon as I had questions, they answered me instantly.
6. WI FI - works throughout the entire hotel. The signal is good, worked without interruption.
7. Sea - 3 minutes to the nearest beach bar, sun loungers and umbrellas for an additional fee. You can just lie on a towel. The beach is municipal, clean, there is wi-fi.
The holiday was on top, thanks to all those who helped us organize it.

This is not a hotel but a hostel, very noisy until late at night. If the room has air conditioning and does not stink of sewage, consider yourself lucky with the room. The food is mostly fast food, what cooks put spices into, so sometimes it’s not possible to eat, sausages are solid soy. Beer and soft drinks powdered.
